Hope Brad is good/lucky with the lottery next year.

Lmao what is this rubbish

Brown gone.
Al retires
Jrue gone.
Tatum most likely out for a good portion of next year.

They have no one on the current roster that can fill those amount of holes.

Yeah, I'd say being a legit title contender is a ways off.

When have the Celtics under Danny/Brad ever been so incompetent as to not be able to put a contending roster around Tatum?

We have pivoted from the Hayward travesty to losing Kyrie to losing Al to having Rob go from
DPOY candidate to traded and been in contention basically the entire time.

Next year might be brutal but we’ve got pieces to make changes and bring in new talent if that’s what is required.

Makes me wonder what type of illness makes you look so inept. If this guy had showned any game this series would be in. our favor.

This is not solely on him at all. Come on.

Dude he’s one of our top scoring options. Dude is 7’3 and plays like one giant wuss.

We were unlikely to win this game with bad Jaylen and KP in his current form, but then JT goes down? That sucks big time. I really hope the Achilles calls are wrong.

Any chance Kyrie and JB want to play together again? Let's bring Cooper home.

I feel for tatum. I usually like to beat him up but he showed up in a most crucial game but he was out there by himself. Brown really hurt his team.

I knew this team would **** the bed this year when they let 3 guys go to play in the Olympics. It's hard to repeat with a summer off. We really paid for our arrogance, more than I expected.

They have built excellent rosters, that’s why the media tries to slight him! He’s top 5 and IDC what any of them have to say about it. He’s been top 5 for a few seasons, I’m trying to think when’s the last time he wasn’t at least top 10. The kyrie cursed year?

The Tatum thing is bizarre though. What a disgrace. Devastating to see.

I will die on this hill, but we have had the best roster in the world for three years and we pissed 2 of them away because we gave the keys to the worst coach in the NBA.

Well the reality is we don’t get Jrue and KP last year without that 2023 failure.

I don’t think we win last season with Smart still there.

What does the Olympics have to do with the Celtics peeing down their leg in games 1 and 2?

Does anyone know what is really going on with Porzingis? He is even struggling from the free throw line.

Feel like he wasn’t playing crazy minutes but he has barely had a decent rest his entire career. Consistently deep in the playoffs.

Maybe it was only a matter of time.

Wasn’t like he had played crazy minutes tonight.

How about taking the summer off instead of going to the Olympics to get benched?

Knicks fan coming in peace, sending good vibes and prayers to Tatum. Celtic players/coaches seldom complain about officiating and play hard and have outplayed NYK for most of this series, this has been such a back and forth series. Tatum was having an amazing night and keeping you guys in this game, awesome player. He has the work ethic and grit to come back from anything major.

Tatum’s been ultra durable his entire career and is in his athletic prime.

He doesn’t play crazy minutes during the season.

Achilles have typically been old man injuries in the NBA. Kobe and KD both did theirs after playing heavy minutes in their 30s.

Hoping it's a plantar fasciitis tear that radiated pain to his ankle. He'd be back for next season.

Didn’t get a chance to watch the game but the Celtics were likely losing this game without Tatum getting hurt but if it’s what it looks like.. hell of a price to pay and not an injury you’d ever expect from him but I guess it is what it is and it happened.

Next year is going to be rough.

If it’s an achilles i would be careful bringing him back quickly. I know he’s much younger but still.
