HUGO gets 3 minutes literally and Baylor gets about 5. That will do no player any favors. Impossible to get into a flow or gain Good experience like that I do not mind a 10 man Rotation, but no way can a player do anything in and such a short time.

Agree with the premise, but his substitution patterns are beyond horrible, really hard to get into a rhythm and gain some confidence as young a player if you only play in short spurts.

Everybody, I mean everybody, has played real minutes except Walsh. I don’t even remember him getting garbage minutes this regular season, yet. It saddens me.
