Danny is an idiot. He just helped the Sixers build a dynasty for the next 10 years.

Not only he gave them Fultz, but with that protection on the SAC pick, Philly can draft the BPA at the 2 spot in 2019 and they have a starting lineup that could be better than current Warriors in 6-7 years...

And this has nothing to do with what we do with the picks. IT'S A FACT, we just ruined our own dynasty and helped complete Sixers' own one.

I trust in Danny but if I'm being honest... I'm disappointed. Fultz is a great talent that I see as a bridge between being competitive now while simultaneously preparing for a post Golden State world. I hope I'm wrong but I just don't see how this gets us close to competing with GS now (even with more moves) and doesn't hurt our future.

Yeah, if Fultz is a foundational player, Ainge will look pretty bad for this trade.

I just want to see some commitment to the long game here. I'll be very disappointed if the objective of hoarding picks of this ilk is to trade them for a player who is around the same age as James and the GSW group. Move Bradley or Crowder.

This thinking doesn't make sense. Each guys contract would be staggered, on top of that, how can you be sure you're gonna resign some of these core guys given their injury concerns. The Sixers are just betting the house that this core is it for them and considering how little they've shown and how many red flags they have...... yeesssssh.

I wouldn't go that far. BC also crippled his team for decades on a team that had the narrowest of windows. This wasn't a franchise crippling move by the Sixers. They'll have a couple years to see if things work out with the core here and by the time they know if it will or not, those picks will have been used already, so it's not a Nets bad situation.

Oh please. The chances are much greater that Fultz will be the next Ben McLemore than the chances that he will become a superstar. I've watched a chunk of the publicly available film, and Fultz is not only a mediocre defender, he's an unwilling defender. Jalylen Brown put his finger on this a few weeks ago.

This trade also tells me that Ainge and Stevens really like Isaiah Thomas long term. If the had drafted Fultz, IT was a goner because there is no way that the two of them could be on the floor together.

I'm still hoping that the Celtics get a player out of the deal. Saric is too much to ask, but I'll take Richaun Holmes.
