I mean Payton played Darius Garland Even-Steven in the playoffs last year, so I’m in SHOWME mode

Would you be surprised if the C's beat em' by 20? That type of game would make that streak look like a joke.

Every time I try to figure out the WNBA, something new pops up. Bullying and harassing??? "You're gonna run extra sprints today!!!"

They won the NBA Cup last season then spiraled all the way to a 1st round exit.

To be determined if they are still this good after All-Star break.

Cavs now have the 6th best start in NBA history. They got the Bulls, Hornets, and Celtics next to have the 2nd best start behind the 2016 Warriors.

WE DID IT!

Every team now has at least one win at home after the Jazz beat the Mavs at Delta Center. Congrats to everyone involved!

Next up: Raptors in TD Garden!

Sorry Raps, it wasn't meant to be.

Their next road game: @CLE. They better bring it against them too lol.

It's weird because I was told repeatedly before the finals that Kyrie and Luka were unstoppable clutch gods that would never, ever lose a tight game against the Celtics. I guess they only lose those against every other team in the world.

Does Doncic just play himself into shape every year? Mavs pretty much struggled with the .500 line for the first half of last year as well.

I'm always in a battle with myself to not be a Luka hater but the dude drives me nuts.

Yes he's playing his way into shape again. And still bitching to the refs on every play, and still not playing defense, and just hasn't been very good overall.

It bugs me because the guy just got to Finals and I'd like to think that would motivate a superstar player to get in shape, correct past issues, work harder than ever and take himself himself and his team to the next level.

He just doesn't seem to get it.

Patriots would have won the game against the Rams if they still had Bill coaching:
Either Belichick or Parcells...

Great game between Suns and Wolves. Randle with the buzzer beater (he also had one earlier in the game). Suns now 1-4 without KD, lone win vs. the Jazz. Booker 44/7/7 but so unclutch (am I doing this right?!).

That's what makes the Jays special, they always strive to get better every year.

True professionals.

I consulted with the Joe Mazzulla magic eight ball and it says that all possessions are weighted equally throughout the game. :dontknow:

Would have asked Joe but he’s already taped his lips in preparation for bedtime so he can make his 4:03 AM jits appointment.

Hornets cut the Cavs lead to 3 from 16 at one point after a strong start to the 3rd. This is the point of the forum where we yell at our players and have our coach fired. Except it's the Cavs, we can't do that. Losing leads only happens to the Celtics.

So sick of the cavs already. They won 48 games last year. On pace to win 70 games lol.

Hope we snap their winning streak on Tuesday. C’s better bring their best effort though.

Cavs have to beat the Hornets first.

It's now a close game in the 4th.

Just take the case of the Lakers last season.

Lakers won the NBA Cup in December.

But they spiraled after that.

We will know who are legit in March.

Hornets missed like 10 straight open threes. How lucky can the Cavs get?

Why did the Warriors let go of Ty Jerome? Turning out to be a really good bench player.
