Uh, what? Fallguy was saying if we traded Rob for Beal, should we look to move Jaylen for better roster balance. Which fallguy himself said he would look into, because having three score first wings as your three best players may be tough.

If you’re going to attack someone, read what is actually said first. Buzz off.

Am I wrong or is it more likely to get Beal now than in the offseason?

It all comes down to what Beal wants to do, timeline wise. I think he’s more likely to just play out the season there, but who knows, maybe he’s finally ready.

It's weird because the Wiz actually aren't that bad, but they're still in 9th and Beal himself has kinda sucked; Kuzma has been a STUD for them, to the point that any competent franchise would probably look to move Beal to stay competitive with different players.

But it's the Wizards, so I doubt they do that lol.

The Wizards are 23rd in the league by Net Rating and 22nd by SRS. They are bad, and their record is a mirage.

I wanted to trade Kemba for Kuzma plus last season.

Would have been better for both teams if something like that happened

I'm not an insider

I'm just telling you that no one wanted Kemba at a max, it was among the worst contracts in the NBA

Interesting quotes in here. A positive of the stacked East this season is despite the Wizards being 22-20, they're still in 9th.

I know the Wizards will probably still offer him the 10 year supermax but with Kuz balling, Harrell, etc. they should think about moving on. They're 6-2 without Beal this year

Wonder if the Pacers would deal Brogdan in the offseason for our first and, say, Al. Our pick will likely be something around 14-17. Considering his injury history, I don't think that'd be a bad deal for them, and we could use a PG.

Smart, Richardson & Juancho to Atlanta for Bogi and Gallo? We get shooting, they get defense.

Brogdan/Pritch
Bogi/Nesmith
JB/Gallo
JT/Grant
Rob/Enes

Starting 5 has potential, anyway

I like Malcolm. Nice mix of scoring, passing and defense. He's an upgrade over Smart.

His 3 pt% over his career is weird. Can't think of many guys who go from high 30s / 40s to low 30s from one season to the next.

We are starting to get to the point where trading picks for vets makes sense. Tatum and Brown are not quite in their prime but they are close enough. We don't want to be waiting on kids to develop.

I think Romeo and Marcus would look really good in Washington.

Brogdon can’t be traded this year.

Meh. Indiana trades will be rumored but are unlikely to happen. The Pacers haven't made a significant deadline trade since 2014 (Danny Granger).

Right now he's a rich man's Dennis Schroder at about 6x the price.

The guy has some promise, but he can't shoot and he's not some great floor general. I don't see the fit with this team, unless its a buy low.
