To me Philly is the real rival too. I grew up in and around LA, so I can't really hate the Lakers. And I started as a Celtics fan Bird's rookie year, so Philly was as much of a threat as LA was.

Interested you say that mate. The historic rivalry will always be LA. But, you’re a Londoner like myself, I have grown to think the rivalry with Philly is more like the ‘soccer’ rivalries here in the UK; akin to Millwall and West Ham
