Maine are currently 2 Games out of the Playoffs, 8th place. Got be Top 6 for the G League Playoffs.
With 31 Teams, and only 12 making it to the Playoffs, the G League needs to update that.

Peterson should definitely be part of the rotation next season. Decent scorer but he impacts the game on the boards and distributing. Good iq, good size. Lots of positives with him.

Looks like Ron Harper Jr signed a 2yr deal with the Pistons. He has a salary for the 25/26 season.

Maine slide into 6th Place, with that 7th Win-in-a-Row.
Peterson almost makes it a Triple-Double, off by 1 Reb.

Can't believe Drew Peterson will be a two-time NBA champion at the age of 25. Most NBA players can't even make the conference finals at that age.

Bobby Krivitsky‬

After trailing for most of the second half, the Maine Celtics rallied for their eighth straight win, tying a franchise record.

JD Davison had a game-high 26 points. His eight rebounds matched Hason Ward for a team-best. He also led Maine with four assists.

Unfortunately, Drew Peterson left the game in the second quarter due to an ankle injury and did not return. He finished with eight points, three rebounds, and two assists.

They definitely worked on his release. It's made a huge difference.

I like Hason Ward and DJ Rodman
Both play with a lot of energy and physicality. Both are good athletes
DJ Rodman is Springer light with a better 3pt shot and maybe better rebounding ability

Just continue grooming them
I think that Ward can replace Tillman if he can't overcome his injury.
DJ can be on a 2-way next season replacing JD. He can see some time because of his defense and 3pt shooting

Ward is an intriguing upside player. He has major shortcomings, but also special attributes. He's as good a high risk NBA prospect as half the two wayers out there. No one's stolen him yet because he still has so far to go on offense.

I like Rodman too.

I feel like, we should give Ward & Rodman, 2 of our Two-Ways.
Peterson should be promoted to Regular NBA, and Davison should be Waived, or Traded for Considerations.

I like Rodman because we gave away Harper Jr. A two way would be a good plan for him.

Ward is a nice G league player but IMO, the draft has a few players who could go undrafted or go late 2nd if the C's can get another pick that would be better 2 way players next season.

Here's another idea for next season. I know you brought up increasing the two ways to 5 per team, but how about making that rule for only teams over the 1st or 2nd apron? Those teams are obviously trying to win now and are taking alot of hits while they're doing it, but at least give them a chance to develop a couple of more players than the teams who are trying to stay financially fit and survive? The 1st and 2nd apron teams most likely have traded away future draft assets and most likely will be drafting late in the 1st if they still own their own pick. The league needs the big market teams to make the splashes so the playoffs are exciting.

Maine almost blew a 32 point lead tonight in Cleveland, but hung on and won.

Davison had a 30 point, 13 assist, 11 rebound triple double and drew lots of praise from the Cleveland TV guy.

Miles Norris played and was not particularly impressive. Part of that might be due to unfamiliarity with his new environs.

Drew Peterson was there but not in uniform. Reportedly he got kneed in the leg by Drummond last night and was feeling it today.

Scrubb and Enaruna did pretty well. The Cleveland Charge play in a great old arena.
