I know, right? SWC can't even spell "especially" right. Puke worthy.

We still have picks for days and young talent. We have options all over the place, however the benchmark needs to be lowered from 'title contender' to 'interesting mix' for a while.

The problem with waiting till after free agency for pels is if the wrong team strikes out. It looks like lakers will but what if they land someone and your left with the clippers who don’t have the assets or another team like Brooklyn with a so so package.

It’s def possible and they could wait but I don’t see that happening- I think the woj article yesterday got people expecting an expedited process but it’s just not gonna be that quick.

I suspect NO prefers Brown, Smart, picks, etc. over what LA and NYK have, but is trying to bluff Boston into Tatum or adding more when free agency starts.

There will be no deal without Tatum it just won’t happen

What deal will they settle on?

Not if they do any scenario where wer over pay for Davis and or lose Irving for nothing and or bring back rozier and Morris.

Could be ugly.

We need to tank and find a superstar.

You want a new GM? Who would we get that is better than Ainge?

Ainge has failed. Had all the pieces in the world to build a real contender and wasn't able to deliver. It's true that we had bad luck with the Hayward injury, but it doesn't change the fact that we could've had Paul George, Kawhi and so on and he didn't go for it.

On top of that, his draft record has been atrocious. Hasn't been able to draft a single decent role player (nevermind a star) outside of the lottery in this latest rebuild.

So you're not going to answer, I guess?

Unacceptable to go backwards for any team that didnt just get old and miss their window.

They can wait for July or if it’s a nuclear option they can still take the lakers deal. The lakers deal beats the Celtics deal if it doesn’t include Tatum. Browns value is so overrated here

But is Rozier and Morris that much of downgrade from Kyrie and AD? LOL

Yeah we are going to need 2017 Gordon Hayward, 2018 Playoffs Scary Terry, and need Tatum or Brown to average 20 ppg before we can even think about sniffing the Conference Finals.

What have they said that was arrogant?

Ainge is right to never express concern. He's calm and cool and trying to make the best moves he knows how. What more can we ask?

I'm more focused on their shoot first, second and third mentality. Seen enough of that.

I want at least one dude that knows how to move the damn ball added this year, and one dude who knows nothing but how to chuck gone. That ought to help keep our offense from being an abomination like it looked many times this year.

Darius Garland is a better trade headliner than Jaylen Brown?

Honestly looking forward to Terry William Rozier III to prove us all wrong. Top 5 PG in the league, baby!

Well we lost Irving so if that's the benchmark for you then I guess were ugly now.

Thing is...Irving is overrated. He wasn't a winner before Lebron got to Cleveland, and he did half of what IT did in the same amount of time, but is supposedly a superstar. Dudes got fancy handles and can shoot....but from what I saw hes not a winner.

Celtics had picks for days thanks to the nets and all they have to show for it is brown and Tatum.

Losing Irving for nothing instead of trading him to the nets at the deadline all because Danny gambled that he could talk.him into staying while making the same potential mistake for Davis is literally nuceular war stuff. It debilitates a franchise for years.

So no, my bench mark is a bit more than that
