Would not surprise me to see Rob Williams get dealt and they replace him with a big who can shoot 3's.

If the Celtics are taking 50+ percent of their shots from 3, I'm not watching.

Don’t get me wrong, I would only consider Fournier at the vet min. Definitely wouldn’t trade for Fournier

Until Jaylen Brown signs his next contract, right?

I like the part of this offseason where our main star isn’t asking for a trade (and having a destination list of one team) thereby tanking his value. That day may still come but I’m glad that day isn’t today. Grateful for that.

We were at 48% and y'all watched. What's another 2 percent gonna change.

Has Jaylen been traded for Embiid yet?

Me either.

Gross basketball that exploits a flaw in the current rules.

If KP does not average 16 ppg for the Celts then Joe will not last long as head coach.

According to this article 6 days ago, Boston has been linked to Bogdanovic-

Spo said it himself, if this team isn't hitting 3s, they're done. And didn't Struss say we didn't look the same in the playoffs? If more 3 point shooting is what Brad and Joe feel the answer is I think I'm going to have to temper my expectations for this season.

I am not a believer in this 3 ball centric approach. I hope this offense can have different layers, and that this defense can start clocking again. This new and improved coaching staff will play a big part in that I think.

Would have to involve Brogdon and a 3rd team. Pistons don’t need another point guard

Nothing wrong with 3's if you have guys that can hit them but you need to be able to pivot if they aren't falling. That's why Al turning into a total bum from 3 killed them. He can't score any other way anymore and sucked up big minutes.

I'm sure there's more to the Brad and Joe philosophy than chucking 3PA's. Banton and Brissett can't shoot, Walsh's shooting is probably a medium to long-term project, and Scrubb was a bad shooter in the G League last season.

Nah. Next summer, JB + picks for Luka
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Luckily, we added Porzingis, so we will rely on Al much less now.

Heat will be fine with "filling out their roster" while they wait for the Dame trade - they already did it.. They played 10 guys against us in this past series:

Vincent / Lowry
Strus / Robinson
Butler / Highsmith
Love / Martin
Bam / Zeller

From that list, Vincent/Strus/Zeller are gone. Tyler Herro (back from injury), Josh Richardson and Thomas Bryant are in. Bryant to Zeller is a wash, JRich to Strus is probably close to lateral. Herro over Vincent is an upgrade. On paper they're as good/better. The one area of concern might be that really they only have one PG now in Lowry, but Vincent was more of an off ball guy anyway and any playmaking he brought can probably be duplicated by playing Herro or JRich at the point (both have done so before). Also possible that Jovic or their first rounder this year step up and take on rotation spots and provide further improvement.
