It may have been unfair to post that. But it got me excited when I heard it. It's coming right from the source. There is no link or story. It's coming from someone who buys and sells celebrity/athlete houses in the Boston area.

Has this one ever panned out?

Remember last year when a FB account claimed KD was looking for houses in some $600k neighborhood in Arlington?

And moving trucks were in front of PGs house?

Yup still adds up. We're really starting to get somewhere..now to just figure out the realtor...guessing it would be an expensive house

Any info on the price range? If I can narrow it down to a certain area/price point I can track if any listings get offers/go under agreement in the week or so.

I can ask

PM a mod the name of the realtor or something. We've been through this with insiders multiple times. Mods here are reliable and won't release your info.

Anyway not a big deal. Thanks for the info. Hope you are right.

Someone you know? Like did they tell you this personally or you overheard it or? And how well do you know this person.

So essentially this is your bid to be a forum insider.

The thing is, everyone knows the Celtics have been linked to Hayward for at least the past year, so even Hayward signing doesn't prove you right. I'm sure canman or whomever can help you out on getting verification cleared up though, cause that's juicy for sure.

But would Hayward really go house hunting before he signs? I'm not saying it's not right, but just seems a little odd.

Forget about real estate listings. What more evidence do you need?

Not at all. For all I know, this could be a standard thing that athletes do when they're testing the FA market. He could have feelers with realtors down in Miami too or anywhere else he's looking.

This guy's sells houses. He's not an insider and neither am I. The Mods can delete the post if they want. I was just passing along what I was told. So take it for what it's worth. Or ignore it

This is the thing that is interesting to me. Bradley always talks like there is no way he is being moved. Even when they interviewed him after the Cleveland series he talked confidently about him on the Celtics next year and what Ainge could do to add to the team.

I just find it fascinating!

Avery is Danny's project, he's Danny guy. Wonder if he would take a pay cut to be a live long Celtic? Maybe 17-18 mils instead of 20-22?

Avery and Hayward or Avery and George is still pretty good especially if AB continues developing like he has over the years. He averaged around 17 this year. Wonder if he can get to 18-19 next year if he's say the 3rd option?
Good assessment:

There's a house for 90 mil in Brookline, maybe Hayward wants put his whole next contract into one house?

You guys are being silly.

Hayward's not buying a house in Boston. He's moving in with Brad.

I've heard rumors that Hayward, George, and Blake Griffin are all taking substantial pay cuts and are now forced to share that house.

If I were Hayward I'd definitely check out the prices in Boston before deciding whether or not to come here. And if he compares the prices in Boston with the prices of comparable dwellings in the Salt Lake City area, he's in for some sticker shock, unless he's comparing the Boston suburbs to Park City
