Wow sixers actually did something smart. I’m shook. I’m going to miss the clown show.

Not particularly against this - just curious how the players who haven't touched the floor since March feel about this.

Who is running the league?

These guys had like 3 months off before the bubble started and will get another 2 months off if they start in December.
I thought school teachers had it well off.

Jazz owners really looked at the prospect of supermaxing Rudy Gobert and they bailed like that. Damn, seems like selling the bottom to me. But I guess they bought the team for 22 million 34 year ago so that's pretty decent ROI.

The teams that never made it into the Bubble have got to be itching to play.
LeBron needs to suck it up.

And in other news I'll be getting that interview from the pacers for video tech finally. I worked with Tampa Bay rays along time ago so wish me luck been doing b rated movies for years and the stability was already shaky but now covid no movies festivals put a damper on that even more. I've applied for 5 straight years for colts, Indians and pacers and even the hockey minor teams with no invite for and interview. Dude this close to a dream job. I can taste it lol

Clippers want Rondo. Wonder what they will offer. Would he start there?

Doc Rivers (did he change to "Glenn" just for one press conference or for his whole time in Philly) is credited with getting stars to buy into changing their games so as to fit into what a winning team needs.

That is exactly the kind of coaching breakthrough Philly needs.

I hope that that somehow doesn't work out for them, but of course it is a bit concerning.

I want the games back ASAP and I LOVE to hate on LBJ but be real, more time off is good for us too, considering Kemba’s knee and GH’s ankle if he stays! We need as much, if not more R&R as the Lakers. Our guys are battered and bruised and been through the most dog fights out of all the teams except for Denver. I’m betting some of our guys are on board with not starting so fast.

Nah! They should start on dec. Teams not included in the bubble, would have almost a year of not playing competitive ball. and also some teams who lost in yhr bubble are most certainly itching for some pay back, including us. Plus they are playing on regular arenas, with regular fans. That would make a lot of difference. If Hayward and Kemba still ain’t right and healthy come december, then that would be a major red flag. Anyways i do hope they come into a compromise. If not Dec 22, then late dec or first week of Jan would be fine as well. Lets see who truly runs the nba. Lebron and the players, or the owners
