To me, it'll come down to our effort in this game. In game 5, I thought we played with the most effort of the whole year, especially in the first quarter when we basically took control of the game. You know Miami is going to absolutely bring their best effort tonight. If we match it, I think our better talent wins. If not, they win. Also, please don't be a close game in the last couple of minutes. We know how those usually go.

The key is how we respond when we get punched in the face. Miami didn’t put the pressure on us last game and we had it all our way. What if we get down by double digits and what we are doing isn’t working? What if the Heat come back to tie near the end like Game 3? how do we respond? That’s what I’m worried about.

In no universe should the Celtics NOT give maximum effort tonight. But great effort is more for defense and Rebounding 50/50 balls etc.. With that said taking smart shots and NOT settling is as important for me. Making good adjustments If/when Miami attempts to play Zone and trap Tatum etc..

Taking bad/quick shots against the Zone will lead to fast breaks and energy from Miami..

Play as hard as you can AND play Smart, or we don't move on.

Without checking details, I'd guess Reggie Miller, Jimmy Butler and Jayson Tatum have each won similar numbers of big NBA games.

Of course, their years-in-the-league totals are rather different.
