I haven't checked again, but watching them view the monitor live during the replay, it looked like they viewed it from three angles, and it was the last one that clearly showed the head contact. I feel like they had made up their mind already while the last angle was playing, but didn't notice. He didn't even say "contact with the ball was before incidental contact" in his call, so it was like I don't even think they saw the hit on the head. They saw the ball contact without a foul from the first 2 angles and had made up their mind too quick. Very interesting L2M report tomorrow, for sure.
