That group had poor injury luck. The older guys were perhaps as expected, health-wise. But KP's injury was not.

And of course, while it was later than was relevant to any championship run, Rondo soon had a career-trashing injury as well.

It’s 4am in Portugal but I’m incredibly happy. Amazing season, all the sleepless nights I had watching the Celtics were worth it. Next year I’ll do it again!
