I'll be stunned if it's not us. I refuse to believe he won't pick us at this point.

Why? What has pointed to us being the frontrunners?

Lebron didn't exactly join a 70+ win team. That's a move for John Salley's

My heart heh. I've got my hopes far too high.

If that team is Boston or Golden State he probably would not be announcing anything until they clear the cap space for him to sign.

I assume we will know soon when the first domino falls and a player his shipped to clear space.

That is the only reason I can see him not announcing soon

Boston already has enough cap space to sign him. They probably just need to renounce Johnson, Jerebko, and Sully or something.

Trying to stay positive (substances have helped), but feeling pretty negative about our chances.

Still cool to beat Doc at least.

I mean, people forgave LeBron when he came back so how is Durant not gonna sit there and do a 1+1 with Golden State and then return to OKC. You can say all you want on how it's gonna **** with his legacy but all he is thinking about is ring and then going back home to do what LeBron did.

If he wins then probably not. If he loses..well

That's exactly why he'll announce it up front. Once talks on those other deals start happening someone somewhere will talk.

People will listen when you give your rationale when they hear your decision. When other people announce your decision nobody cares what you have to say anymore, you're just covering your ass then.

Unless you make your decision a televised event...

So, I just caught up reading. KD, YOU KNOW IT IS YOUR DESTINY. You've idolized Larry and Brady. You've always talked about humility and being low maintenance. Stars have aligned for you to sign to Boston.

I was all for signing Horford because I believe it upped the chances with Durant. If he does not sign here now what? Reality is starting to set in. Horford is a good player but how much does he help the team w/o KD. Maybe we get 50 wins?

If Durant picks you guys over OKC I'll be pumped that he'd be in the East and giving LeBron Hell. Plus you guys have a good fun team, with a solid coach. It would weaken OKC for us as well.

But if he goes to the Warriors I doubt his legacy will take a hit, and he won't be second fiddle to Curry. He's one of the top three players in the World, so there's no way that he would be viewed, or treated differently, or in a negative way by the players.

A lot of so called fans will say he sold out, but in the real world that crap doesn't mean anything.

Wouldn't it be something if Durant waited until tomorrow morning the Fourth of July to set off true celebratory fireworks in Boston?

Then I would be checking for the wire for that if that is the case. If we here GSW moving Bogut then we know it is GSW.
