I swear, we have the big we need and I'm getting more pissed by the day!! ROBERT WILLIAMS isn't perfect but his damn impact is perfect for us!!! I'm so tired of the excuses of why he doesn't play more! When you aren't a negative then those excuses mean crap! Why does this dude have to do everything right, I really don't get it!!! This is one thing that keeps getting under my skin with CBS!!! Just start him and let him play 30 minutes damnnnn!!

Looks like Raps will again beat the Bucks.

Bucks now losers of 5 straight.

I don't know how much this means after more than a third into the season but he's been a negative on the whole as the lone big. That's mostly against bench units too unlike Theis who goes up against starting frontcourts.

But I do advocate for Cs to play him more despite the numbers and even if it hurts us in the short-term. The upside is hard to ignore. I would certainly play him over Thompson in most instances.

Wouldn't put him alone, I like him with Theis.

Dudes just looking at his stat line instead of watching him play. Lol. He still wouldn’t surpass Theis.

Lol!
I guess you guys are just fine with our bigs year in year out getting abused by any legit bigs down low. Theis is horrible at the 5, and so is TT. Theis getting clowned by Bam is not funny at all. You guys easily forget. Just because he is playing quite decent recently. He did that last season as well, and still froze in the playoffs. Theis at the 4 would be fine. Maybe you are the ones just looking at the stats lol. Theis is soft as hell.

Sorry but your boy TT is one of the worst bigs in the league. Deinitely one of the least talented, who just ramp up his stock playing with Lebron. Yup lets just agree to disagree then.

It’s because Brad is a wimp. He got no guts at all. Just look at Kerr. He started a newbie in Draymond in exchange for a former all star, and still in his prime that time in David Lee, because he knew that it would make the team better. and he was right, the team took off after that. Not saying Timelord could be that, but at least we would know already what he is capable of as a starter, or with starter minutes.

TNT hooligans' just confirmed my thoughts exactly. For those who say the Nets suck and are losing because of their defense. It won't matter come playoffs. They will make timely stops and will very hard to beat 4 times in a series. No one can stop their 3 stars. Joe Harris tonight 6-7 from 3 shooting 50+% for the season. the perfect compliment to their 3 stars.

Drafting a player like Nesmith (in theory) was a perfect draft pick. Now he just needs to be developed accordingly.

this can be flipped easy. Our bench has played players like Teague/Edwards/G Williams/Green while our starters has Tatum and Brown. Seems like an advantage for Theis. I rarely look at numbers anyway if I watch the games. Haven't missed a game this season. My eyes say RW is at least our second best center, and possibly our top Big.

I agree. No team is beating the Nets when healthy. Harden, KD and Kyrie, are all better offensively than any of our players. This is not a knock against the J’s and Kemba, but it’s just the absolutr reality. Those guys can score 50 in their sleep. Tatum works hard for his points every game. Tatum is near, but still not there. The nets can out score any team. The only time we can win is if they have an off night, but 3 players having an off night can be rare. Plus if the games are tight, those guys are battle tested. Our guys can’t even figure out how to win close games recently. The nets even have the better bench right now lol. We have rookies, developing players and gleaguers for our bench lol. Good luck beating those guys 4 times.

I could drill down on these numbers further but too lazy lol. My guess is Timelord has played some if not most of his minutes alongside Tatum who usually carries the bench units. And in those minutes we've done fine. I think he really helps our stagnant offense due to his passing and gravity on his rolls. His defense still leaves a lot to be desired in terms of positioning and putting in multiple efforts.

You’re worried about Miami? They’re not even making the playoffs this year. I’m more worried about Embiid, who chews Drummond up and spits him out like an old piece of gum.

Not worried about Miami. They have an even more **** season than us. You are right, we should worry about embiid! He chewed up Theis, TT and Timelord all at the same time, and spit them out to Brad’s face! Drummond or not, we need an upgrade at the 5 asap. TT won’t cut it, and so is Theis, which is best suited at the 4.

This year more then any year before Weill test the theory that u need a top 10ish level defense to win a ring. The league has completely shifted think there’s something like 37 players averaging 20+ compared to like 6 years ago it was 7 at this point.

The nets even with their **** defense have an offense that will just out score teams on their way to the ECF. I think they’ll easily get to the finals but we shall see. That’s the team to beat imo defensive deficiencies or not

Murray and Embiid each had 50 pts. When's the last time that happened? Two players, 50+, same game night.

EDIT: Never mind. Curry and Jokic did it just 2 weeks ago lol. Murray and Mitchell in the bubble last season.
