JB and smart needs to go!
JB has a foot out the door already, better get something in return. Find players that fit with JT. Get a good shooting pg. get a legit big that can command respect underneath. Rob doesn’t strike fear inside. He’s 6’8 what do you expect. We need a legit big. Someone that can post up if needed.
Just find players that fit with Jt. Not a wing player.

List in all of our complaints about Joe is the fact that the Heat are destroying us from 3. It was a part of the game we expected to win handedly and our ice cold shooting combined with terrible perimeter defense leading to their makes has flipped the script. I don’t mean that gets him off hook by any means but game 1 they make 6 more 3’s (+18) and we lose by 7. Game 2 we only make 1 more in a 6 point loss. Tonight we’re losing by 30 and they’re +24 from behind the arc. Even our strengths can’t be counted on at all this series. Next game could possibly be the least interested I’ve been in a Celtics game since Kyrie quit on us against Milwaukee.

Joe is not getting fired. It's not all about money. A team having 4 coaches in 4 years are teams like the Rockets. Your franchise looks terrible to the rest of the league and players.

Im starting to think the low effort entitlement we see on the court is flowing from Joe, not to him. I don't know his backstory, but he seems like a hothead.

It’s either spend money on Joe after he’s gone and his replacement or spend money on this roster that doesn’t believe in him according to on the court performance this series. I can’t imagine Joe makes a ton so might be cheaper to bite the bullet on his sunk cost contract. Of course that removes pride from the equation so unlikely it happens. Pride from owners, Brad, and even players who said they wanted Joe. All would have to be on board for it to happen imo.

Tatum saw early hard doubles relentlessly. It would have helped if we had any way at all to get him the ball in other situations than at the top of the arc. But I don't think he tanked it.

That said - we're probably officially at the point where wondering how he feels about this team and coach is a thing.

Tatum can't be left off the hook here. The dude doesn't move without the ball. Running baseline back and forth would be a great way to shake a double team.

He's lazy and that's a fact. He's been such a great pure scorer his whole life that he never worked on the fundamentals. It can't be understated how little he understands the art of the game.

Spot on. Smart most of the time has to call him to make a move without the ball. Like that first 3 today.
