With no super teams (2010-2014 heat and 2016-2019 warriors). Past nba champions need a lot of luck to fall there way.

And 2022-2023 nuggets had the easiest path to nba championship ever seeding wise for nba champions.

Sure!

But Denver also made it look easy all the way to the championship.

I'd love to be proven wrong by Minny, but I still think it's Denver vs. Boston in the finals.

Fun fact, the Jokic Nuggets have never beaten a 50-win team in the playoffs.

For the record, the Celtics have 5 such series win in the Tatum era (2018 Sixers, 2020 Raptors, 2022 Bucks, 2022 Heat, 2023 Sixers).

2020 Jazz and 2020 Clippers are essentially 50-plus-win teams except it was a shortened season but point taken.

Game 2 will be desperate for the Nuggets. We’ll see what they are really made of. If they lose, I think it’s over.

I don't know either. I think there are a lot more opportunities for postgame thread titles with the Magic but I think the Cavs might be the better matchup for us haha.

This is the game to watch, for us.
We just want to know who we're facing.

Been a lot of hurry up and wait, this Playoffs.

Doesn't really matter that much who wins but I'd like to see the Cavs get knocked out now.

No.

Murray is a good player and a hell of an offensive talent, he’s also a zero on defense with a lengthy injury history already.

Cleveland has shifty, speedy small guards that can give us trouble, but Orlando is better defensively - has size, very physical, never quits. Plus they seem to get up for us like no other *cough Eddie House cough*

I think I'll root for Cleveland, another chance to end Max Strus' season.

Cavs got nothing outside of Mitchell.
