Good chance, and Sacramento will be very bad for a long time.

I think they're just about a lock to be a bottom 5 team in the near future. But hell that feels like a long time to wait as payment for the top pick.

because I'm still down to roll with our crew plus Griffin or Hayward if you guys are.

Essentially, We have to waive all of our FA's , stash Yabu and dump Demetrius Jackson with cash.

Would have been the bomb to get both of those future picks, but the protections are pretty solid.

Now to figure out what the rest of the trades are going to be.

imo, it doesn't matter whether Danny liked Fultz or not... the rest of the league was in love with the kid and that's the best deal you could get out of that??

let's just face it, Danny got Billy King'd...

TF. So Fultz isn't better than Rozier, Smart, DJ.

But if, IF he rolls a seven and gets 1 & 2 next year? C'mon folks live a little.

Nobody cares about tonight if we draft one of the top 5 in 2019, or two of the 2018 bigs. Get over it.

Especially nobody cares if its marvin or zion in 2019.

People need to stop with the outrage over trading "THE NUMBER ONE PICK!"

We know who the players are. We can't just look at what the average number one pick looks like and compare it to the #3.

The trade is Fultz for Jackson (or Ball) and another Brooklyn-like pick.

We can expect players in 2019 to be actual contributors in 2022 or later.

Hoping we get #1 next year and keeping the Lakers pick is one hell of a miracle. We had that by winning this Lotto. They don't come around all that often.

Unless the pick is traded. But I just don't see that happening now.

LBF, Smitty, ddb, someone...give me hope. I can't believe I'm praying the Celtics give this pick up badlly

Now this is a real problem for me, as it looks like a gross miscalculation of the talent on this team and that they're excited to max IT into his decline when it's already near-impossible to build a defense around him.

Belichick would never pass on a player for this reason.

Even then it might be a failure, if fultz turns into a john wall level player. You can't get wall for butler or pg and #5 next year.

Nobody cares if you're impressed though. Especially not celtics brass.
