Who else is there to hype in the East right now? We're decimated with injuries, the Cavs have been disappointing all year, and the Raps are boring with a mediocre track record in the postseason

Just because it's warranted doesn't mean it isn't annoying. LeBron hype is also warranted. Doesn't make it any less nauseating.

Eh, I guess. Nothing you can do about it though. I'm sure many fans found the Celtics hype annoying when we were on a 16 game win streak.

It's nauseating because they haven't done anything....yet. When they actually win a series or 2 or 3 then the hype is warranted.

Yeah. This is what bothers me, too. Never in my life have I ever seen a team get THIS much hype before accomplishing anything. Not even the Thunder got this kind of press when they had Durant, Westbrook and Harden.

Not to mention the fact that Embiid is yet to even play a full season.

Heat did a very smart thing, instead of letting Simmons pass with no pressure out top they decided to press him full-court. It worked. Props to Coach Spolestra. Sixers were atrocious in that quarter.

Not sure this strategy can last when Embiid comes back though.

I guess I'm not directly 'rooting' for either team. Just taking the default stance that I hope all our prospective opponents have knock-down drag-out seven game series and lots of dehydration, cramps, and overall fatigue.

Though I admit I would have a pretty good laugh if Wade goes for 40.

The 6er's are playing McConnell over Fultz.

Incredible choke job by Miami. With some help from the refs of course.

Wade is a monster tonight, I know he asked to leave Cleveland but he would have been HUGE for Lebron this postseason in key games.

Ain't a choke job until you choke. Every game has its runs.

Olynyk missing two gimmes down the stretch. But he’s been active on the boards and defensively.

Sixers fans on here keep pimping Covington being better than Tatum or Brown right now. Dude is nothing but a catch and shoot player. Right now his ass is 2-12 for 4 points. Last game had 8 points on 3-7 shooting. That fan base needs a little humbling
