I kind of like the fact that it's taking a while. I view it as a good thing. Makes me think he's more likely to leave, finishing up whatever they're writing for the players tribune about it, etc. Compared to staying where he could just announce it, post the prepared article and be done with it.

Well, that's my hope, anyway.
