Smart hit his first 2 shots, both three's, and hasn't hit a shot since except free throws. Also, only 3 assists all game. If he is our "heart and soul) then maybe it's time for a new heart and soul. The one we have seems broken.

Tatum has shown he's not a PG.

Jaylen Brown has shown he's a bottom barrel level playmaker for a guard.

And then we have Smart as our PG.

Yeah getting a new heart and soul that actually complements our wings would be great. Revolutionary almost.

It's what Ainge tried to do with this roster every year by trying to get an all-star PG next to them in IT, Kemba, Irving. Certaintly not Smart who throws turnovers and bricks 3 out of every 4 good offensive play.

The only consolation is that the other 18% of the time Doc was the coach.

This **** happens to teams at times. Happened to us last year vs Milwaukee, happened to Miami before LeBron came at us with a flamethrower in game 6. We were up 3-2 on LA in 2010 when they beat us the next two, granted two were in LA.

It’s not ideal but we will see. Good measure to see what fight these guys have in them.
