Something like:
Brown/Juancho for Simmons/Curry/a first round pick and a swap
Take the first and the swap from Philly add a first and a swap of our own and try and go get Jerami Grant or Sabonis. Something like JRich, Nesmith, 2 firsts and 2 swaps.
C's could have:
Smart/Schroder/PP
Curry/
Tatum/Romeo
Grant/G. Williams
Horford/Timelord/Enes
I'd MUCH MUCH rather land Grant/Sabonis without dealing Jaylen and basically have a Tatum/Brown/X big three. They're not exactly the third star I think we need, they're a level below, but they could be a stepping stone. Problem is I'm struggling to find deals that wouldn't easily be beat out by other teams if those guys truly are on the block.
I don't think the 3rd person of the big three needs to actually be a big one right now.
I think the right player becomes an invaluable 3rd star because of the fit. Much like Draymond in GS. Put him on most teams and he isnt a "star" on GS he sure as hell is.
So we need to look for guys whos primary skill can be exploited by the Jays. I feel like that skill is shooting.
So we need a dead eye shooter.
Will Barton (38% on 6.5 atttempts)
Doug MCDermott (40% on 5 attempts)
Luke Kennard (45% on 6 attempts)
PJ Washington (43% on 4.5 attempts)
Joe Harris (46.5 on 6.5 attempts)
I also believe we have the goods to be able to try and land a couple of those guys in a deal involving Schroder and bench pieces.
I propose Richardson and Schroeder for Barton and BolBol
Smart/Pritchard
Barton/Romeo/Thomas
Brown/Nesmith/Hauser
Tatum/GrantW/Parker/Juancho
Horford/Timelord/Kanter/BolBol/Bruno
Have Juancho and Bruno who can be used to bring in a 3rd pg from a team looking to drop a little salary. (detroit for Joseph?)
