One more year. Al won't decline that much or at all in one year.

yup. let him stay here, play out the last year of his contract. then let him sail off into the sunset of retirement..and hopefully with at least 1 ring on his hand.
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

100% agree. Once this season started I couldn’t believe what we weee able to accomplish with that deal.

My favorite plays are when Al leads the break. He motors and makes good decisions for a big old man with beautiful eyes and biceps!

Want Al in Haslem role for us after next season. Rather that than keeping one of the G-Leaguers at the end of the bench.

Yeah I actually see Al signing a modest 2 year/20ish type deal after that to stick around. His game is not built on elite athleticism. And the way players take care of themselves these days with sports medicine in the 21st century, I kinda think he's got ay least 2 more good years after this one.
and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

If we can stay alive in the playoffs 'til Rob comes back fully healthy then his absence might prove useful in allowing the team to find it's rhythm with Theis again.

Underrated point, although it's not just White. Guys are deciding on their next pass before they get the ball, and are whipping it along accordingly.

We now have scoring differential of 7.2 in all games second only to Suns 7.6. That is remarkable. One more game like last night and we could tie them.

What’s even more amazing is that in 2022 the differential is 15!

Last night was 17th win by 20+ pts. Even the 1986 Celtics didn’t do that. In Celtic history only 2007-8 team did it more.

Tatum reads these doubles so well now

Maybe.. I also think having confidence in his teammates making their shots helps that cause a lot. Remember that Smart-Schro backcourt?? especially when it closed out in the 4th quarters??

I certainly do!
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

James Johnson waived by the Nets. Any chance Boston adds him?

Switchable across 4 positions, solid vet team defender. Can put the ball on the floor. Seems like a good system fit for Imeball.

Not eligible for postseason. Deadline was sometime a month or so ago.

The Bulls are horrible because Nikola Vucevic is absolutely useless against decent bigs with size. Celtics have Horford/Theis. They would need to dominate him on the offensive end and shut him down defensively but I am not sure they can due to their size.

Horford and Theis are our Vucevic to some degree.
The Bucks front line would step on our throats.
Just watching tonight shows how much bigger Lopez is than Theis. Again the true 7 footer. We have RW3, Horford, Theis - we're gonna need to outplsy the Bucks elsewhere to win that series

I tend to under rate Brook Lopez but he was phenomenal last night. He does make the Bucks look a lot scarier than they have all season.

No doubt Sam. He was key in their run last year and now they get Ibaka on top of that. They lost Porter but get Mathews. And Allen replaces the red headed, Italian 2 guard from Nova - Vensomething. The Bucks have been yoyoing all season but they're punching in for the playoffs. We can beat them but it's gonna take a big series by much more than Tatum.

We had another 30-assist game (vs. MIL).
