^ How the hell does that happen. 3 of your top 5-6 players all don't take a flight & the staff don't realize until after it leaves?

Shot. lol the level of dysfunction is crazy.

Can't wait for "Mamba Day" to be over tomorrow. Will look forward to the inevitable drought that the Lakers have been long overdue for.

Just waiting for someone to post the graphic of Kobe's vs Jordan's stats in their final seasons. Jordan kills him in every category.

Has that ever happened before ? I don't typically like it when the league steps into individual team's business, but damn, that team is a **** trainwreck.

I'm really sad that an all access HBO special never happened. HBO would have been sitting on gold.

[Tweet]https://twitter.com/SBNationNBA/status/720083540482924545[/Tweet]They can match the 85-86 Celtics overall record of 67-15 with a win at Dallas tomorrow. Pop will probably rest everyone and just forfeit the game.

anyone noticed the coaching pool and management pool around the NBA is actually pretty horrible if taken in an over-all context? Like so many inadequate coaches and GMs its ridiculous..

Ads on jerseys are coming in 2017-18. Should start a petition or something to Wyc that we won't buy any more apparel if ads come. I'll be damned if the Celtics wordmark is a tiny patch in the corner while a huge ad is where the team name should be ten years down the road.

I was looking forward to that time when Nike took over NBA apparel. If they are placing ads, then I might just go crazy and buy up as many jerseys now even though they're adidas.

lol Lakers fans are saying Kobe is top 2 all time. Absolutely absurd. Not even the best Laker of all time. Kareem, Shaq, and Magic are better than him.

The NBA already gave us a sneak peek of ads this year with the Kia logo on the All Star game jerseys. Ads will be horrible. This is not soccer.

Yup. I didn't even want to buy an IT All-Star shirt because it had the KIA patch on it. Go ahead and place ads if you want to get rid of commercials like they do in soccer. I'm fine with that. The ability to watch a complete basketball game in less than 2 hours would be worth it.

However, placing an ad on the jersey, then seeing a commercial from that same sponsor 7-8 times/game is going to be absolutely nauseating.

Hopefully they could at least require the add to match the colors of the jersey. A red kia ad on our jersey would be :curse: :curse: :curse: :curse: :curse: :curse: :curse: :curse: :curse:

We all kinda knew this was going to be inevitable.

I don't like it as well as most. However, if they can not have them in the center (like soccer) & keep them more like the all star game. With 1 patch of ads on each shoulder, i can live with it.

Soccer Style -- I can't deal with.

Better not. That will be hard to watch for rel.

But ^^ 1 of these on each side won't be the end of the world.

I think this is a sad day for the NBA. I guess the millions of commercials and the fact everything is sponsored already isn't enough income. Maybe it will start with a small patch but my guess is that there will be several at some point. Problem is none of this will stop the game from being 3 hours long.

Only a matter of time before its "The Boston celtics, brought to you by miller lite!"

I hate seeing the same mediocre coaches being cycled around the league. I mean, Scott Skiles in Orlando... Gentry in N.O. .. George Karl in Sac...
