Re: Welcome to Boston, Payton Pritchard!
Is it weird that Gordon picked Charlotte after playing a season with Kemba who wasted career playing in such a dysfunctional organization.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Gordon picked money.

Cobra-certified. So obviously he'll now win Rookie of the Year and is untouchable in trades.

If Danny manages to hit on both of these picks it honestly changes everything for us.

The last two bandwagons I joined was with Abdel Nader and Carsen Edwards. For everyone's sake I'll pass on selecting a binky this year.

High key for me, watch how I lose it everytime semi hits a bucket! I want all of them to succeed so much it almost hurts when they don't! If they are Cs players you can't help but want the best for them. I convince myself they will eventually become good every season until they are off the team. It's not that I wouldn't like better players, of course I would love upgrades, I just like to go with what we know we have when the season is going on.
GO GREEN! (plants included)

Appreciated. When the Carsen wagon comes in with you still driving it, it'll be sweet, sweet victory for you.

Prediction time !
It will take him a while but I can see Pritchard eventually being an all-star. Predicting a similar career to Kyle Lowry’s if I’m being honest.

Re: Welcome to Boston, Payton Pritchard!
Been irrationally excited about this pick. He’s my no-summer-league binky. Feel free to trade away Kemba, we have our last piece. Lakers better enjoy being tied with us for most championships, cuz that’s as close as they’re getting. We should see a cushion of 10 ships before it’s all over.
Go Ducks, Go Celtics!

Re: Welcome to Boston, Payton Pritchard!
So far as I can tell from highlight videos, Pritchard's great strengths are accuracy/precision + quick releases, on shots and passes alike, footwork not excepted.
His weakness seems to be quickness in other senses, and presumably track/field running/jumping ability as well.
Who are some of the best PGs of whom comparable things are true?

Money talks. This was his last big contract so it certainly seems like snagging top dollar was his top priority. He will be 34 at the end of the contract giving him 2-3 years to ring chase as a specialist before he’s completely toast.
