As long as there is enough players to suit up the game is happening.

Assuming there's a game I'll be legitimately surprised if Pritchard doesn't go for 30. Which, even if it doesn't happen it's pretty rad that we can expect that out of a Celtics rookie playing his 11th NBA game.

If Philly had to play with 6 healthy players last night, they aren't canceling/postponing anything until it's logistically impossible to continue.

Saw that one coming from a mile away.

Okay?

In a unique situation like this where the whole team is decimated I would expect no less from any player for that matter, even Tatum.

Absolutely, it’s crazy. With Jaylen doubtful, Smart may take 30 shots tonight lol.

Another 10 days before the league has to shut down for a bit? This doesn't feel sustainable.

The league should allow us to get a couple of players on 10 day contracts or something... But wait, since we are not the Lakers they won't let us. It's ridiculous

Can they at least allow us to play Evan some minutes?

To be fair Doc invented some injuries to his starters as a precaution and to protest.

Yup. At least our team didn’t pull that cowardly move the Sixers did. Those chumps had Embiid and Simmons available but yet they still tried to fake injuries in an effort to get the game postponed. Losers. If we only had 8 guys left and it included Tatum and Brown, and Brad tried sitting them, I actually think our 2 guys would say “Nah, we are going to play, and we are going to win”. No cowards in our locker room. Embiid and Simmons went along with the ruse like little babies.

Do you really have an issue with players not wanting to play when half their team just contracted a potentially fatal virus?

This is what they signed up for when they refused to do the bubbles. They were given the option of doing mini-bubbles. 2-3 weeks inside, and then return home for 1 week. So, no, not really. This is the risk that they took. Shoot, you think frontline medical workers enjoy going to work during a pandemic?

Screw it, I'm calling a win tonight. Our end of bench guys have a chance to shine with absolutely no pressure and the Heat will underestimate us and have no idea how to gameplan for such a weird lineup.

Brown is out which leaves the team with 8 healthy players.

Well, outside of Nesmith, we legit don't have a SF/big wing right now.
Good assessment:

Do you have a link, for that Mini-Bubbles statement?

Blame Silver for this, he don't care.

If this was the Lakers, they're shutting it down easily. But it's us and Philly and Dallas so they'll turn a blind eye
