Kornet was exposed big time vs pacers on the defensive end Game 1, rest of playoffs zero meaningful minutes

One year deal at 3m is a good deal for what he brought to regular season but a Better option should be scouted and signed or by trade for another playoff run

The better options could be Tillman and/or a more developed Queta. And KP not being out. Also Luke without a sprained wrist.

Yeah. You gotta plan for injuries, though.
There's a stat somewhere that says that 10% of a Team will be injured during the Season.
