Wasn’t there a tweet that he hasn’t scheduled any meetings yet as well? If he has only one team in mind, I’m sure that would had leaked as well. There’s not a lot known about Horford’s situation to be honest. In a week where there has been dozens of leaks that is odd to me. There’s more to this than we think I’m guessing.

Well that’s my point. Kemba and KD have been heavily leaked. And Kemba actually is meeting with the Celtics tonight.

There is literally nothing about Horford.

Woj says it’s for the MLE. Normally I would say that’s a lot of work for another 5 million, but we are incredibly thin at the 5 right now with no Horford. My dream is that it is for Horford and the MLE, but we will see.

Does the BAE still exist too?

The room and vet mins as our only tools really sucks so I think the legwork is justified.

If we pull this off, I'd say the team has an outside chance at a championship, particularly if we can bring in a bruising backup center to bang with Embiid (shame we had to lose Baynes). It's basically last year's squad minus malcontents and dysfunction (hopefully), and we had title aspirations last year. Tatum and Brown should be better this year. Williams should be improved. Hayward should be waaay better this year, so a championship is not totally out of the question at all if this happens. Gonna cost us at least one first, just not the Memphis first.
