Too bad we can’t capitalize on attacking herro and robinson, due to the fact we have to help on kEmba and Theis can’t guard Bam. or the Lakers coaching staff prepared well for the Heat.

They used the same strategy that they use on the Mavs. They frequently head hunt Luka too as Kuzma once said Vogel told them whoever has Luka on them, you go at him 1-1 and then swing it if help comes or score/get free throws. It’s what changed in the last two clipper games too, they head hunted Lou compared to the first two times.

The lakers did a lil bit of it with Dame too, but it isn’t nearly as prominent that series because Bron didn’t have Rondo. When rondo is in he will hold the ball and they use back screens to force a matchup as well as the pick and roll which is why you see AD or Bron sealing guys. And they revert to kicking it to Kuzma in the corner and he throws a jump pass down low to the sealed guy

Well, the Sixers are one more team we won't have to worry about.

Now I really want to destroy Philly (already the team I like to beat the most). This will make our 'rivalry' even more fun.

Best part is Doc can now provide Brand with some help shaping the roster.

I didn't think the Sixers had the star power to get Doc. I really thought if anything he'd go to Houston

He’s better than Brett Brown - but then again that’s a pretty low bar.

Does this increase the chances they trade for Paul or decrease?

When it's all said and done, the no-head-coach comment will be the crown jewel of this offseason. I give this "collaborative effort" experiment a relatively optimistic 7.3% chance of not being a disaster.

More like Doc will be throwing Brand under the bus when things go wrong

Lakers-Heat finals the least watched in 20 years. NBA should have told the refs to help us out a bit more, as Lakers-Celtics would have been much higher.

Gonna get worse as Heat players are injured and games will be even less competitive. I'm a rabid NBA fan and didn't even open LP. Just watched the box score.

Lebron stans keep crying that their king isn't getting the praise he deserves. This is another difference between MJ and LBJ.. MJ era had one of the highest ratings in NBA history. That's something Lebron wasn't able to do.

At least AD will likely take the MVP. Lebron stans can suck it on that end. Still sucks though. Ainge has work to do. Can’t allow them to overtake is next year.

Return to Boston Celtics
