Big diff is that Hali makes a lot of those and JT misses most of his. Also, hali mixes it up. Like when he attacked giannis for a layup to win the game. Takes mid ranges, layups and 3’s. JT can’t sink a mid range to save his life. He doesn’t even have a floater to his game.

It's a player problem, not a coach problem.

JT needs to go back to the drawing board.

Indy and OKC are showing the world efficiency and discipline on offense will get you to the Finals.

The inefficiency and low bball IQ of the Jays will not work anymore.

If the Cs are to get back to the Finals, the Jays will have to be better.

Celtics won’t be the same, so they can’t prove otherwise. I’m just hoping they come out better, whether the staff/owners want that next season or in the near future. I want a winner!!!

Cs were still a great team last season.

If healthy, Cs would have beaten the Knicks in 5 or 6 games.

But I don't think the Cs would have beaten Indy in the ECF.

It's style of play.
Both Indy and OKC are just better.
Cs lost the regular season series to Indy 1-2 and got swept by OKC 0-2.

Last season the league had no answer for the Cs style of play.

That's why the Cs were champs.

SGA missed the potential dagger and the Pacers grabbed the rebound.

No timeout was called by the Pacers, Rick just trusted Haliburton and Haliburton delivered.

There was no play, Hali just went 1 on 1 and made the game winning shot.

Same thing happened in Game 1 against the Knicks.
Joe trusted JT and JT missed the potential game winning shot with the score tied.

The result was Joe got blamed for not drawing up a play.

Rick Carlisle looked good by not calling timeout and putting it in the hands of Hali.

Players really make the coaches look good or bad.

If Hali missed that shot then some will say why didn't Rick call a timeout to draw up a play.

You can say they raised the bar, but let’s see by the end of next season! Look at what people were saying before we destroyed Dallas, then look after.

They thought we were the favorites, especially in the East, all season! It didn’t even matter when we struggled that one stretch, people thought it would be us and probably okc! EVERYBODY and their mother thought it was us, easily! They were saying we would be hard to beat. I’m sure people have said the same things about the champ every next season.

They haven’t invented the wheel, they can be beaten. Hell, okc almost lost to Denver! I don’t care if okc wins in a gentlemen’s sweep, they can be beaten! Pacers can be beaten! They are both good teams, but both would be wiped by gsw kds, and that’s the last b2b champ.

To be honest, JT got cocky and JB is still too over confident.

I'm a big Tatum fan and I believe JB is this era's Shawn Kemp.

But the bad shots and bad decisions need to be kept at a minimum.

Lessen the contested 3s and don't dribble too much if surrounded by more than 1 defender.

No i’m just someone who doesn’t want 4 coaches in 6 years. That’s what dysfunctional franchises do.
