Exactly!

It's a player problem, not a coach problem.

JT needs to go back to the drawing board.

Indy and OKC are showing the world efficiency and discipline on offense will get you to the Finals.

The inefficiency and low bball IQ of the Jays will not work anymore.

If the Cs are to get back to the Finals, the Jays will have to be better.

LOL they won last season. What makes you think the same team if healthy couldn’t make the finals again? Y’all better hope this season’s winner makes it back next season, because all the prognosticating after one season is wild. If the winner doesn’t win or make it back then I wonder what will be said about them… not really, the same team hasn’t won b2b in 7(?) seasons and that was GSW with KD.

Celtics won’t be the same, so they can’t prove otherwise. I’m just hoping they come out better, whether the staff/owners want that next season or in the near future. I want a winner!!!

The Pacers and OKC just raised the bar.

Cs were still a great team last season.
60-win season, right?

If healthy, Cs would have beaten the Knicks in 5 or 6 games.

But I don't think the Cs would have beaten Indy in the ECF.

It's style of play.
Both Indy and OKC are just better.
Cs lost the regular season series to Indy 1-2 and got swept by OKC 0-2.

Last season the league had no answer for the Cs style of play.

That's why the Cs were champs.

All in one day, I have been called a "Couch Potato", "Goofy" and now an "obsessed Ex" . Your childish little-itty-bitty whining are becoming quite a Bore.

He helped us win a championship last year. That’s a better counter-point then all the tantrums you’ve had about him.

And that doesn't disqualify him from being judged as a coach. Many bad or unfortunate people have the good fortune of an inheritance. And this is now the 4th time you've concluded your very simplistic post with a personal insult. Really goes to show you have little to offer intellectually speaking. If I am the couch potato, you are nothing more than a seat cushion.

Winning has always been the determinant on how good a coach really is. Does winning with less talent put you at the top of the coaching echelon ? yes, that’s why Spo’s considered the best coach in the league.
Is Joe on that level ? No but so wasn’t Spo in year 3 of his coaching career.

You don’t get Joe’s coaching resume without being a good coach. He’s still young & got a lot to improve on but he’s the right man to coach us for a very long time.

I’m looking forward to the next few years when Joe proves you wrong & you’re nowhere to be seen.

That's pretty comical, considering. I'm always here with the tough wins and losses. And yet you only chine in to whine when somebody complains about joe.

So as far as i'm concerned, you already have one foot out the door.

Oh trust me you’ll be gone. You’re no different to Captain Caveman, BK_2020 & BostonCouchGM when they went MIA after Jaylen won FMVP. Just like you they all had an unhealthy obsession with targeting the one person.

No timeout was called by the Pacers, Rick just trusted Haliburton and Haliburton delivered.

There was no play, Hali just went 1 on 1 and made the game winning shot.

Same thing happened in Game 1 against the Knicks.
Joe trusted JT and JT missed the potential game winning shot with the score tied.

The result was Joe got blamed for not drawing up a play.

Rick Carlisle looked good by not calling timeout and putting it in the hands of Hali.

Players really make the coaches look good or bad.

If Hali missed that shot then some will say why didn't Rick call a timeout to draw up a play.

Big diff is that Hali makes a lot of those and JT misses most of his. Also, hali mixes it up. Like when he attacked giannis for a layup to win the game. Takes mid ranges, layups and 3’s. JT can’t sink a mid range to save his life. He doesn’t even have a floater to his game.

Bro, why are you making sense. Stop it.

The only unhealthy obsession is yours. And your clear fatal attraction to joe.

On that note, maybe you should look up the Webster's dictionary meaning of obsession. If you read it, you'll see yourself.

In fact Floody since all you can do is call me out with personal attacks, i will now go out of my way to triple my comments against the loser that you are and your dear beloved obsession with Joe..
You are probably going to be tortured for quite a few years until you absolutely disappear.. And I will take great joy in watching it happen.

I’m not the one making every playoff game about Joe even though the Celtics haven’t played in a month.

I think we know who’s obsessed, i’m just calling you out on it.

Obsession - ‘ an idea or thought that continually preoccupies or intrudes on a person's mind.’

As stated in my above post, this describes you perfectly.
You bring up Joe after every playoff game since the Celtics got eliminated.
I’ve barely commented since we got eliminated because the season’s over, I move on. I come back & your comment after Thunder/Pacers game 1 is to make it about Joe.

You’re obsessed dude, just accept it lol

Interesting. I make comments on every player and coaching throughout the year consistently.

While you only make comments on other posters..Coincidentally that have also made their disdain about Joe. Do you need me to pull up the other thread you had with the other posters??

What I find extremely interesting is that there are only two posters who obsessively leach on and defend joe obsessively and compulsively. And both those posters have a screen name that start with 'F.'

Meanwhile, those who have voted to extend Joe in comparison to let him go is an outstanding 39 to 18.. man, that has to keep you up at night.

Good luck sleeping tonight fan boy.

You can say they raised the bar, but let’s see by the end of next season! Look at what people were saying before we destroyed Dallas, then look after.

They thought we were the favorites, especially in the East, all season! It didn’t even matter when we struggled that one stretch, people thought it would be us and probably okc! EVERYBODY and their mother thought it was us, easily! They were saying we would be hard to beat. I’m sure people have said the same things about the champ every next season.

They haven’t invented the wheel, they can be beaten. Hell, okc almost lost to Denver! I don’t care if okc wins in a gentlemen’s sweep, they can be beaten! Pacers can be beaten! They are both good teams, but both would be wiped by gsw kds, and that’s the last b2b champ.

Y’all might be right, I’ll let you know when the champ is crowned next season. I hope all of you will do the same if neither of these teams are.

This is incredible. Tatum, or any other player for that matter, has not touched this type of clutchness in any of his seasons. Not even close.

To be honest, JT got cocky and JB is still too over confident.

I'm a big Tatum fan and I believe JB is this era's Shawn Kemp.

But the bad shots and bad decisions need to be kept at a minimum.

Lessen the contested 3s and don't dribble too much if surrounded by more than 1 defender.

Basically the bball IQ needs to improve.

No i’m just someone who doesn’t want 4 coaches in 6 years. That’s what dysfunctional franchises do.

I’d like to know though, who do you want as coach ?
