I do agree if lebron and kawhi goes to the sixers we aren't beating them and they will probably win the championship. I'd still give us a shot because we would still be a real threat but I think they would have too much for us to overcome.

Has there been rumors today that Lebron is thinking about joining the Sixers? Just wondering because most people think he is going to the lakers.

Imagine passing on Kawhi because of Jaylen Brown just to see him go to the sixers. That is going to suck.

I don't know much at all about Philly's ownership and management, but LA is a players first team which is why Lebron gets all the control he wants there. The owner and GM are behind this kind of strategy, and Lebron is fully aware of this. So, I'm quite sure that LA is his first choice, but there can be many snags that first need to be addressed, and I suspect this is what he's doing right now.

Still think Lebron is going to LA, similar to Miami, LA has beaches, nice weather, celebs around and plus they have room for other free agents. Don’t think Lebron wants to play in another cold city in Philadelphia if it means leaving Cleveland even if it’s a smarter decision basketball wise.

Imagine losing a 21 year old Jaylen Brown for 1 year of Kawhi Leonard who may or may not be 100%. Imagine Kyrie seeing Leonard leave and then leave himself because of it. Imagine losing on a high lottery pick as well for 1 year of Kawhi.

You trade Brown for Kawhi then Kawhi walks, and you've arguably short-circuited a five year masterclass rebuild.

It's a gigantic gamble. If they choose to make it, I'll support them. But if they don't, I'll certainly support that too. We will have other opportunities.

Yup. They tried to use us first, but couldn't get the traction they wanted. Now they're on to using Philly. It's all about cracking LA.

If Sixers believe Kawhi re-signs with them, why is the same not being done with the celtics. The NBA is all about taking chances, risks. Some work, while others fail, still shouldn't you from taking risks. Thunder took a risk with Paul George and it worked out for them. They could have easily not traded for Paul George since he wanted to go to the lakers.

Their futures as prospects/value is the topic of the post I was responding to. Compare their age 20 seasons.

Translation: I know you're right so I'm going to try to cherry pick a specific stat that I think shows I might be right even thought I realize how absurd it sounds.
