If Ainge doesn’t trade for AD, it may not be because he was being greedy hoarding prospects. It may be because Kyrie has two feet out the door and Ainge realizes AD won’t single handedly bring you a championship

Horford is still an all-star caliber piece. Hayward is a decent bet to rebound physically enough to be a quality player. And Brown and Rozier have shown themselves capable of starting for playoff teams in the right role.
It's not so different than what the Raptors and Bucks had to work with for their top 5 guys. There's a no superteam window next year with the Warriors decimated.
