My wife took the kids to the beach and I had to stay home because of my broken foot. It is such a beautiful day out too.

It's just a beach on a sunny day, there are more important things in life. I'm more of a casual beach goer, so much easier than living and breathing for beach trips.

That does bother me, that we lost Baynes a bit too quick.
He was decent for our team, and at a decent price.

Already probably knew that for the room exception (in the worst case scenario where that’s all we have) we could likely land a similar guy. And I say this as a Baynes fan and someone still not over the deal.

Was thinking about this earlier - I guess it has to be a leverage play. I think it would be a lot harder to get a S&T deal done if we were 100% reliant on using the S&T to sign Kemba. With the space we can say, "screw it we'll sign him outright if you don't want to play ball". Now they can dangle that 1st they just got (or one of their own) and credibly say they don't need to do it if the asking price is exorbitant.
