Annoying as a fan who just wants to see them have a draft hit, but I get it. I think it's likely they duck the tax and they're going to need some 2nds to facilitate those deals.

I'm hoping that once we get through this offseason, we're done with this crap. Next year's team is already significantly below the tax, never mind aprons. No more financially motivated moves after this offseason. No more need to stockpile 2nds to facilitate them.

It's going to be interesting to see Rasheer Fleming vs Hugo Gonzalez over the next decade...

I think we've confirmed that Brad didn't love either of Raynaud or Kark.

It also seems likely that he's higher on our returning centers (including the likelihood the FAs return) than many around here are.

And not one of you guys had Sion James off the board before your binkies Kalkbrenner or Raynaud. So, clearly teams (And myself) value them differently than you guys do lol.

At pick 46 you’re lucky if there’s any nba players remaining

They can use those in trades, it happens all the time

The future ones sure but the ones this year are going to be useless g-league fodder. At least 32 could have been a late first round talent with a moderate chance to stick

it'd be nice if for once brad could just move up and get the guy he wants instead of missing out on his guy twice with KJ & now Flemming.

As I've been saying. Queta is miles better than both Kalkbrenner and Raynaud. Take BPA or compile more assets which could use to offload Tillman, Niang, etc., and/or trade up.

My guess is they'll have Thiero high on their board but intel is that he's falling until about 40.

I mean, we can say the same about Thiero. Who I now feel is a lock to fall to 46, btw. :)

1 of those guys WILL be on the board at 46.

I'm thinking more like we're gonna be one Pick away from getting a player We want just like Fleming. Did to us at pick 31.

Do not be surprised to see Brad trade all his second round picks.

Isaiah Thomas was picked #60. Manu Ginobili #57.

I'm not saying we're gonna pick the next IT or Manu. Like I said, I'm not saying we're gonna pick the next IT or Manu.

And he has some draft capital to move up again if necessary.

Ryan Bernardoni‬

A possible issue at 32 for Boston is that whoever you take there you really have to value like a 1st b/c they’re going to want the full 2nd Round Exception salary and for tax reasons you might want to fill a roster spot with a drafted guy who will accept the rookie minimum instead

KJ was never his guy. And Hugo was better than KJ at every level in Spain the past few years.
