Later today or tomorrow you will be seeing a ton of rumors about a 3 way trade between Cle/Ind/Bos with George going to Cleveland and Love going to Boston. I would be surprised if it doesn't happen (the rumors).

Cleveland has nothing to lose because Lebron is probably leaving the Cavs after next year anyways. Cleveland needs the Celtics draft picks to get a deal done.

The Love ship has sailed years ago. Not happening.

You don't have to tell me. I'm in the camp that the Celtics shouldn't be going after Love, George or Butler.

Cavs have no picks, no players, besides a locked up love. Pacers need to rebuild, love doesnt do that for you. Oh, a turner and love frontcourt? sounds cute but the roster has literally nothing else worth it.

I think the key to another fall back trade lays with who Phoenix wants to select with the 4th pick. If the Kings really do covet D'Aaron Fox and they have intel that Phoenix will pick him at the 4, then the field would be set for the Celtics to swap the 3rd for the 5th & 9th pick. If the Celtics are torn between Tatum and Jackson, they will definitely be able to land one of the two with the 5th pick assuming Phoenix no longer has the ability to select Fox. It would be assumed that Phoenix would then select either Tatum or Jackson. So this 3 for 5/9 swap looks really good. Plus another guy the Celtics love could fall to 9.

Agree Phoenix is big. They will draft along the same lines as Boston.

SAC at 5 we can assume they will make the wrong pick.

Sound like a great plan, however, Sac knows we are not drafting Fox. Our target is Jackson Tatum and Isaac. Sorry, but I think Sac sits back and calls either of our bluffs.

You don't need Fox and we don't. Sac is sitting pretty.

That's fair. Do you think Phoenix values Jackson over Tatum enough to give us any value to move up for him or do you think you will be happy with either? I personally think Jackson is a better fit next to Booker.

I've been off of the grid for a few days and am just learning this news. I may puke. I certainly hope that our staff knows what they are doing. Ainge hasn't exactly blown me away with his draft picks. The last one I remember being really excited about was Rondo.

George wants to play for the Lakers but I think the Lakers understand if he traded to the cavs he won't leave.Personally, I think Geroge is going to end up on the cavs,

Kind of damned if we do, damned if we don't right now on George.

If he goes to the Cavs, a 5% chance of beating them gets severely diminished.

If he goes to the Lakers, it shoots some of the value of the LAL/SAC pick.

Screw George right now lol.

If he goes, Cleveland dominates for 7 more years. Their window will extent right into ours.

Not landing George, or him going to Cleveland specifically, puts our future title potential at slight risk

That is my concern as well. I said a few weeks ago that this cavs team has maxed out and Lebron is going to opt out and move on next year. Cavs get George, like you said, cavs will be in the finals the next 7 years. Pacers should have traded George in February but Bird was too stubborn. Now this is the Wolves and Love all over again.

Pacers will get desperate and that is why I think he gets traded to the cavs for Love.

I think if worse comes to worse the Lakers will swoop in and drop number 2 in the pot to snag George. I think there is a 0% chance the Cavs get him. Having said that, I hope we make a strong push. He is the best player you could get this offseason

Bradley and #3 for #5 and #10.

Not really feeling the Kings' idea that #10 is way too much to move up from #5 to #3. If they want that pick or a specific guy, well you have to pay to move up.

#10 is a nice asset but not some crazy price.

I agree to an extent assuming we are keeping the drafted player, Lets not get too cute and grab the guy wanted. However lets say the draft goes like this, Fultz, Ball, Jackson and Fox. Could still grab Tatum (who I want) and pick up another top 10 pick.

Take tatum at 5 and one of the 7ft shooters at 10, or that PG.
