Brown for Simons, #3 and #23

Leaves tons of options to move forward with.

Example.

Smart, Simons, horford #23 to toronto for
Fvv and Siakam

FVV/pritchard/davidson
White/brogdon/begarin
Tatum/.../hauser
Siakam/grant/gallo
Timelord/muscala/kabengele

Pick #3 and mle.

Hire a new coach.

That team is miles better in playoffs

Brown, Horford for Simons, Grant and #3 or Sharpe.

Brad's not trading Horford after he just signed him to be here on his last contract. He signed at the number he signed at because he valued finishing his career here. He's not going anywhere. Who would you sub in for Horford?

Shhhh, just let these guys play NBA 2K23
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Some of you will hate this, but I'd love to see Westbrook come here with the MLE. Tough, high motor, and can get to the paint. Trade Pritchard and one of the other guards.

I don't think we have the MLE or even the Tax MLE with the new CBA.

Most of the new rules are not kicking in right away, not certain about each individual rule.

I think they'll be some changes in the offseason. I don't think the likely move on from Brown but I can see smart and Williams being dangled out in trades because their contracts are reasonable.

Boston no question needs a couple solid bigs because Horford is pretty much unplayable right now and it's only going to get worse

Need bigs and a guard who can break down the offense.

SGA and JJJ. Crank up that trade machine. Everyone available except for Tatum lol.

Honestly this could be true. I don't know if they are looking to move on from brown or not but he is in a contract year.

Im torn on SGA potentially being gettable honetly.

On 1 hand okc made a little noise this year, but very little

In the other hand they are still a long ways off amd they still have so many picks.

If brown got simmons and #3 would those 2 be enough to entice OKC?
Perhaps sweeten it with smart?

Brown, pritchard, horford and 35 to portland

#3, simons and smart to OKC (future boston pick maybe?)

SGA, jerami grant s&t, thybulle s&t, and #23 to boston

Sga/brogdon/davidson
White/thybulle/begarin
Tatum/hauser
Grant/g. Will
Timelord/muscala/kabegele

Still need a good backup sf (pritchard / gallo trade) and a potential timelord replacement (draft)
Use minumums for depth

I think they’re running it back. Grant’s the only one that might move on (and end of bench guys.) Stevens has mostly had a conservative approach and values consistency/continuity more than anything.

• only using FRPs on players signed to multi-year contracts
• bringing back Horford
• brought back Theis
• choosing his longest tenured assistant to take over HC job
• and he’s talked about corporate knowledge many times in the past
• seems like a patient guy in terms of his team/players improving however slow

Unless they have offers they can’t refuse, I’m already expecting same top 7 guys and coach back next year.

Joe will have a full offseason and training camp to actually install a system. Or at least go over Brad’s playbook.

I have thought about making 1 or 2 adequate replies to this..

But on this one I will take the high road..

SGA is completely off limits
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

You can't bring this team back. Trade Brown. Don't give him supermax.

Not a damn chance.

Full season, had last offseason.

Team has been favorites for the kost of thebyear and they have completely collapsed and joe had been utterly outclassed every single round.

Losing at home record in the playoffs.
Losing to a VASTLY subpar team
Stat players looking like ****
Best defense in the league gone to complete ****
Cannot run an offense that works
Cannot make any changes.

If Joe isnt fired immediately then Brad should be as well.

I really like brad as a GM.... But if we are being truthful does brad have enough balls to make this tough decision..

Or maybe WYC can help him make it.
