By the way, been watching Daniel Gafford for a while.. He actually is a pretty high level Rebounder, finisher and defender. How did the Wizards just trade him instead of building with him..

Dallas got a perfect fit in my opinion..

Did you see his contract?

A team like Dallas will have no problem with Gafford's contract.

But a team like the Wiz will not spend money like that on Gafford.

Play-in sucks in that the #1 seed won't even know who their matchup is until a couple of days before R1 starts. They should at least have that as an advantage. Hoping the coaching staff is prepping for the possibilities as soon as they secured the top seed.

This Wolves v Nuggets is absolutely brilliant.

Really hope we get a playoff series between the two teams, esp if KAT is healthy.

If Jordan Walsh can become a Peyton Watson type player for us it would be huge. Inefficient on offense but bringing really good defense, energy and hustle every game

I don't understand the clippers they were just 2 games ahead of Dallas tonight. And they didn't play a single one of their Stars. And now they're about to possibly lose their fourth seed and fall to the fifth.. They already have a tough match up with Dallas and they are giving up home court without even trying

I can't wait to see when they lose in the first round and then all those star players want Steve balmer to pay them record salaries... The sad part is he'll probably do it anyway.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Hawks beat Miami in the play-in for the 8th seed.

When it really matters and they are full roster, it is very difficult to beat Denver. Their pieces complement each other well, there is little overlap between skillsets. And when nothing seems to work, they have a fallback plan: give it to Jokic in the post.

In the age of three ball, they keep winning without threes, amazing!

There's no amount of money an NBA roster could make that would affect Steve Ballmer's financial situation. That's not an exaggeration. Go Clippers! Go Microsoft!

Final week and only Cs have locked in on a seeding. And yet they won’t know who their R1 opponent is until a couple of days before playoffs. Ridiculous system. They should be able to choose their 1st round opponent! Or get a bye until the Finals!

the basketball gods have smiled upon us, looks like we won't have to deal with philly and embiid in the first round

But there's a chance that Cs will face Embiid in the 2nd round if the Pacers lose this game and their next game.

We need to have the Pacers and Sixers have identical records because the tie breaker belongs to Indy.

That way the Pacers move up to 5th and Sixers stay at #6.

Standings just changed after Indy lost and Magic lost.

Sixers now back to #7.
