The market for Hayward can't be good. He's a bust. The experiment failed. No fault of his but he's nothing like he was at this point. I'd trade him for some veteran big. THe team is fine they're just young. Kemba was disappointing lacking leadership. He should've taken the reins but always seemed to want to defer. Perhaps injury? I like Smart, he brings intangibles. But he must accept the role player role and not look to score. Look to help the team with what the current situation calls for. The Williamses are keepers. Langford is an enigma but shows some flashes. Everyone else can go. Everyone else. IN general the team is young and showed their youth. Although some of them have been around long enough now and have been there before so you'd think not. But they showed all the traits of youth. Inconsistency and not knowning what to do. I say tweak, don't blow anything up. Oh and Theis is a keeper also. We need to add a veteran or two, preferably someone with champion pedigree. LIke the Heat did and it helped them close out.
***And again with Theis, he's playing out of position. He's no center even in this weird topsy turvy outside 3pt "euro" era. He just isn't.
