So as a Knicks' fan I was perusing your board this money and was going to add to this post, 'MAAANNNNN yall don't need to worry about no damn Knicks!!!"

Now though...? It's not a major issue, but it is a small one.

Would've been nice to keep KP though...

With that said, I still think Ainge gets Kyrie to stay. Boston is still a dream situation. One of the most historic franchises, a known legit contending team. It is without a doubt his team as well.

They already have KD. Want to add Kyrie and AD too.

Kanter, Knox, Robinson & pick for AD?

Problem is AD, DeAndre, Matthews, DSJ might ruin the pick a little.

No. The Knicks will waive DJ and Matthews to ensure they dont win more games. They will roll out a 4 guard lineup and tank the hell out of this season, IMO. A trade for AD wouldn't happen till after the lottery

If they get that 1st pick overall, we might be screwed.

Underrated is that the Knicks have one of the better packages to offer for AD. You don't want them getting AD before free agency and using him as a carrot to attract KD/Kyrie. This is legit an awesome trade for the Knicks. Porzingis sucks and will require the max after next year. Good luck to the Mavs; they better hope Luka is the best player in the league and that Porzingis takes whatever health serum Embiid started taking because they are going to be thiiiiiiin as **** everywhere else on the roster.

The Knicks homer Pablo on ESPN just said the Knicks could use Porzingis to trade for another star to entice KD and Kyrie.  Is Mathews that star?

Yeah, that's what said elswehere about DAJ/Matthews. I'm not sure how they get AD, though. In the summer they don't have matching salary for AD. They have to renounce rights to get enough room to sign 2 maxes (KD & Kyrie). They could guarantee Thomas. Then have him, Knox, Mitchell and Zion. I still don't think that gets them there to match AD's $24M+.

I may be missing something, but I think they have to do AD now to pair with 2 maxes. And I don't think they CAN do it now due to the pick. So, I don't think they get AD.

EDIT: Just save Cave's post, I forgot about Frank. His salary gets them there. They're literally only have 4 players, MLE and vet mins. But 3 if those players would be pretty good...

Do they? Knox has the worst RPM amount forwards in the league and couldn't even make the future stars game. No matter where the Knicks finish their best odds to get Zion will be 25%, which goes out the window if AD plays for them this year. Is that enough to land AD?

I would think Boston would be the spot. There is no team in the league that is as big of a donut as Boston. Even Smart hits 3's now we can have one guy who doesn't shoot 3's if he will grab 14 rebs and protect the rim. Hell give Brad a few weeks and maybe he will have him making 3's.

Overrated is the franchise called the Knicks, who haven't won **** in decades and they won't. It's all media driven. Pretty sad actually.

Nope they're doing it anyway. Dallas is stupid potentially for trading for a guy who'll be one season off an ACL tear and will be an UFA.

Knox is 19, a rookie, raw and missed a large part of this season. lmao RPM for a rookie on the worst team in the league.

Sure, you could have said the same about the Celtics in 2006. or the Warriors in 2013. Or the Thunder ever. All it takes is a couple things going right. It's been a crappy organization for 20+ years, tomorrow doesn't care about that.

He’s biffles with KD— I could see him staying.

It all depends on if they get that #1 spot. Zion will be the trump card for NY in an AD trade.
