Things ive learned from Bucks fans:

-Their team is basically the 96 Bulls except that Giannis is slightly better than MJ. Bud is solidly above Phil though.

-Theyve changed their team more than anyone in NBA history. It doesnt matter that the majority of their players are the same.

-If the Bucks even have a game within 10 vs us, itll be a cataclysmic upset.

Also, Pat Connoughton is a difference maker off the bench. His addition is slightly more significant than a Prime Manu.

This series will be the 2nd best series in all NBA playoffs this season imo (including the Finals). Only one better will be Rockets/Warriors.

I really respect the hell out of the coaching job budenholzer has done this year and last year Middleton killed us. We have to make him work on the offenseive end for everything. Brown has to be ready.

Giannis is absolutely unbelievable and he can’t be stopped. Any Celtics fan that thinks we will stop him is wrong- But here’s the disconnect bucks fans don’t get

The Celtics can absolutely And have in previous series target and attack : mirotic, Ilyasova , Lopez.
Mirotic is either hot or a detriment to them...how many early in the shot clock deeeeep 3’s have we seen this guy jack up and did we not attack this guy relentlessly in the bull series a few years back and when’s he’s been on other teams including the bucks.

Ilyasova is the same exact thing and we saw what brad did to him when he was on philly. This guy gives up buckets. if we get the right matchups on him or he’s caught in a switch it’s 2 points and we will do this to death.

I fully expect horford to drag Lopez out of the paint and make him have to guard horford and clear up the paint and brad will seek out plays to get Lopez caught in switches with Tatum or Morris on him all day long, same applies to Ilyasova or mirotic.

The bucks are a very very good team this won’t be easy at all but all these players who play key roles for them have been targets in past series or games when we have played them. I see bucks fans saying we have blind optimism or faith in the team- no the reason we have optimism is we have seen these players be liabilities and the Celtics make them pay for it over the course of a 7 game series.

Not to mention a guy like Eric Bledsoe who we have witnessed lose his composure to a player in terry who isn’t as talented to him and also let the refs and hostile crowds take him out the game. He doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. He will be a pain in the ass on defense but we aren’t the pistons and he’s the prototypical guy who beats up on the middle tier guards and teams but then melts when he gets it back.

It will be a war this series but if we can move the ball, limit the turnovers, seek out and have success on mismatches , play smart and stop Middleton AND Giannis going off in the same game. I like our chances. Celtics in 7
