Coach Brad said we might do something minor.

Bruno is a perfect 5 for the Rockets. He loves to attempt threes yet he is 6 feet 9 inches tall with a 7 foot 6 inch wingspan.

The team stunk, but man were there trades. Those were the days.

Nah, no thank you. Being a sucky-ass team sucked

That was a heck of a year. 22 different players. wow.
And now we've been to the ECF twice.

There could easily be an understanding that if they fail to find a good use for his contract in a larger trade, they'll send him off regardless to give him exactly that, and free a roster spot for the buyout market.

That could be the why of the jersey signing the other day. He knows he's going regardless.

All wild speculation obviously.

Wouldn't mind seeing a trade that helped out or bench. No interest in another Morris but if it ended up being Christian Wood and either Rose or Kennard then that would be fine. Our core is basically set though.

It will cost a first rounder something Ainge doesn't normally do for an expiring contract.

For a guy who was on waivers in July and been waived like a half dozen times in his career? Wow.

What if they also included Morris?

or Kennard or Rose or etc.

Rose may be it, good call.

Poirier, Semi, Edwards, BOS20 and MIL20 for Wood and Rose.

Agreed. I'd be pretty surprised if they didn't do something.

The fact that Bullpett hasn’t thrown his wet blanket yet makes me think they are making a move.

It's at least one of those "up to the deadline" years.

I love how Ainge came back for Christan Wood.

What did they say no to yesterday that they would say yes to today? Of course, it is Ainge though.

Ainge: I want Wood, Drummond and Rose. I'll give you Semi.

I expect the Waiters Effect to be quite the opposite :)

Not bad however I think that's a bit of an overpay. I'd move the frenchman, Mil pick and some filler. Not Semi.

I'd love to have a job where I don't want to go to work and get a $30 million deal to go to another company...

I'm hoping Waiters goes supernova on the lockerroom and their record plummets.

That is one of the worst track records in the league, he got that in over 15 years, and it's not like asking to get an all-star with second rounds, just good bench players, or to get a starter in over 15 years like most teams do.

Well, he got a starter in Davis (mainly in trading him for Brandon Bass, after which both those 2nd-rounders started for their respective teams).

Where would you like to move the goalposts to next?

Do you realize we are talking about drafting? trading like that is what he should try, because we already know what will not work.

Davis was a successful 2nd-round pick when he played for the Celtics. And trading a guy who plays well for you for somebody else who plays well for you hardly makes the first guy have been a bad pick.
Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".
