He said in an interview that he tries to play like Jimmy Butler.

He's one of the only Mexican players to make it to the NBA - going to where there's lots of his people in Miami.

Going to a team that just made the finals.

Dude must be PUMPED right now.

I feel sorry for the kid who keeps falling. Waited his whole life for this.

Dude. Miami has a lot of Hispanics but like 80% are Cuban.

Lets be real they could call up someone from the G League who would dominate this team. Coaching and culture is very real.

He's good. I wouldn't hate it at all if we took him. High upside. Lots of people had him ranked as a top 5 pick coming into the college season.

If we take him, then we're not so worried anymore about the Brogdon injury. We can feel better about Pritchard being traded, if we trade him.

We wouldn't have to trade for a guard on the Magic if we draft Smith.

He's a very dynamic combo guard.

But not a wing who doesn't pass (when you have tatum and brown) who relies heavily on his athleticism..

Not really. Situation, position plays into that also. Like Denver drafting MPJ

MPJ is an elite shooter at 6'10". So even if injuries took his athleticism, he's a good NBA player.

Whitmore is only 6'6" with a 6'8" wingspan, an average at best shooter and relies heavily on his athleticism. A guy (at age 18) with knee injury concerns - it's a red flag. Hence, why he's still there on the board..

9 times out of 10 these draft night injury rumors are BS. This guy was in consideration, recently, at 4. Too good to pass up at this point in the draft.

Jaime Jaquez Jr. seems like a guy with too much swag and personality for the Celtics blandfest of a roster.

Looking at the Givony mock, he got most of the picks correct so far. The Celtics are probably picking Brice Sensabaugh unless they trade it.

Podziemski is Jordan Poole's replacement.
