Uncle Drew. Saw it. Liked it. I was surprised at how well Webber, Kyrie, Lisa Leslie, and Reggie Miller can act. They didn't look like first timers on screen.
It's now being called a hit:

I fell asleep on the movie in the theater but of what I saw, they were better than the main guy. Then again, I refuse to take anyone with the name "Lil Rel" as a legit actor. Seriously?? Lil Rel?!?! WTF, dude?
and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

Man...I had all of these visions of seeing it opening weekend and then I realized every time I went to the movies that "Ant Man and the Wasp", "Jurassic World" "Sicario", "The Incredibles 2" "The First Purge" and "Skyscraper" all just looked better. lol So, I may not have supported Kyrie, but definitely been trying to support the megaplex

Ok, if someone knows a better movie plot than getting locked overnight in Target with a tank top clad Jennifer Connolly, please let me know. I haven't been able to find one yet.

Finished season 1 of the Wire. Wow. Pretty sad that I only have 4 seasons left.

Do you guys like Childish Gambino? I've been listening to some songs of his and one that I've been really enjoying is Redbone. There's a pretty awesome series on Netflix with him "Atlanta".

That's an FX series, not Netflix. Pretty good. And Stanfield and Henry are starting to blow up a little. If you haven't seen "Sorry to Bother You" yet, I highly recommend it.

I'm saying that it's on Netflix, not that it was made by them
I'll check it out right now, I'm with spotify opened up.

Amazed at how good the British Detective shows are... Straight to the point, no extra frills like the American counterparts. DCI Banks is another winner, in my book. Adding it to the likes of Inspector Morse, Inspector Lewis, Midsomer Murders, Foyle's War and Broadchurch...

Top of the Lake, (NZ), is really good. I also like Hinterland, (Wales). I grew up without TV, but due to my circumstance, I have consumed an assload in the last 13 months.
I'll never understand American sitcoms. I have tried a couple, they just did not take.

Don't forget Wallander, Sherlock, Inspector Lynley, Dalziel and Pascoe, and especially Endeavour.

Most everyone's heard this song. But I'm posting it here anyway, because it kicks ass and it's Friday.
