Ainge has two options in my opinion for these next 7 days.

1. Try to add a big piece with multiple years left on their contract or someone who is going to be a RFA that you know you will pay going forward. You know the names (Barnes, Vucevic, Grant, Barnes etc.)

2. If you can't do that then sell off what you can (Kemba, TT, Teague, Theis, Ojeleye, Green etc.) and play the young guys big minutes (Langford, Nesmith, G Williams, R Williams, Pritchard, Edwards etc.) Build their value, decide your keepers and get a Top 10 draft pick to boot.

This is not hard.

Considering the market options not really a fan of option #1.

I'll elect for #2 because we need to get rid of this trash and force Brad's hand before I lose my mind.

My theory: Go for option #2 and then use the assets gained to go for option #1

He looks amazing for a guy who missed two calendar years and almost had his foot amputated, though. But he's definitely worse than Walker, with much worse injuries in his history, makes 10m more per season.

When Paul Pierce is publicly calling out the depth and pieces on this team, you know there's a giant issue. Just wait till the fans come back and begin booing these guys off the floor.....

Ainge has to make a move just for PR purposes at this rate. The fanbase is going to absolutely riot if nothing is done.

Ball and Hart would be a dream. Especially if you can convince New Orleans to take on Kemba somehow.

For as annoying as his father is, Lonzo seems to be the polar opposite. Not loud, hard worker and has improved his game immensely. He'd be perfect on this squad.

The fanbase will do no such thing, just a few posters here. The fanbase SHOULD be rioting at the selfish offensive basketball we have been witnessing plus the lack of effort on defense. But Tatum and Brown are stars, and we can't (a) blame them for anything, or (b) trade either one.

Since Kemba is basically unmoveable, that translates into an attempt by Ainge to perfume the pig, and who cares about that, really?

The fanbase is already starting to riot online. Unfortunately here's no other way to do it in the age of COVID. Media and now our former players are already beginning to call out the team and ownership in public. Once the fans get back in the building, making their voices heard is a certainty, especially if this putrid play continues.

The Celtics fanbases isn't stupid. Obviously they're playing bad ball. They also have G-Leaguers and guys who shouldn't even be in the league taking up 2/3 of the roster. That doesn't and hasn't gone unnoticed.

I said in the offseason this was the beginning of the end for Ainge if this team didn't perform. If next season is anything like this, the media won't be protecting Ainge any longer. They won't have a choice. Ainge's job is on the hot seat whether Wyc wants to acknowledge it or not.

LOL get real man. Ainge is fine. He's delivered two All-Star wings under the age of 25. 3 of 4 ECF. One of the most promising young bigs in the League with the 27th pick. Besides, its not like this is the final draft of the rebuild. Have plenty more moves
