Interesting though right?
Might be an Ime thing.
Has an old school, non-coddling all business feel.
Funny. Playing 8 when we were kids was ideal.
Lots of play, just enough rest.
Seems like Sullivan is both evaluating and preparing some portion of these guys.

Interesting and entertaining Summer League season.
Players who impressed: Davison, Begarin, Kabengele, Ryan, Thomas
Players who had some good moments: Hauser, Jackson, T. Williams
Players I don't care to see again: the rest.

I dont know what were the

They probably don’t want to start the clock on him.

Some C's team S.L. stats leaders after 4 games. Does not include tonight's game. Jackson's stats definitely took a hit.

Minutes: Begarin 30.2
Avg: Jackson 20
3 pt. percentage: Ryan 52.3
Free throw attempts: Begarin 5.5
Rebounds: Kabengele 9.3
Assists: Davison 7.8 (2nd in league to Giddy's 8.0)
Blocks: Kabengele 1.8
Steals: Davison 1.5
+/- : Jackson 14

Of the summer league guys…aside from Hauser who’s already signed, I really only have interest in Davison, Kabengele, Begarin, and maybe Jackson…maybe.
Ryan’s shooting was intriguing but I don’t think he has any NBA potential.

He literally has a highly valued skill in today's NBA as a 3 point shooter off the catch, dribble and handoffs.

Meh. He was effective in summer league shooting the ball, but I don’t see him as an NBA player. He was a mediocre college player and is 25 yo now. Maybe I’m wrong, I’m fine with a camp invite but don’t want him taking up a roster spot.

Good game.

Not have B. Thomas cost us this game.

Begarin was really good. He improved in every SL game, from one game to the next. I felt he was our 2nd best player in SL.

Kabengele had another good game. I felt he was our best player in SL, from games 1-5 he was the most consistent.

JD had another good game. He is fun to watch.

For people who had Jackson making our team, after one good game, all I can say is big time overreaction as usual.
In his final two games, Jackson shot 4-18 on 3s. I will be surprised if he games the team. He doesn't play much defense, either.

Williams struggled in this game, going 3-10 from the field, but his rebounding was really good throughout the game.

Dawkins had a bad game too.

These are the players I felt played the best for Boston in SL:

1. Kabengele. He was the most consistent. Played well, over all.
2. Begarin. He improved in every SL game, from one game to the next.
3. JD. He was a close second. He struggled scoring in his first 3 games. He passing was great in all 5 games.
4. B. Thomas. After a bad 1st game, he played well in games 2-4. Not having him in the final game, was the difference.
5. Ryan. I would have had him higher but he missed the last 3 games.

Jackson had one really good game, two really bad games and one average game. He had a lot of chances to showcase his talent, but going 4-18 on 3s in his last two games didn't help him.

Overall, SL was fun to watch. Wish we could have been more of Hauser and Ryan.
