This one took me a couple of minutes, but I was trying to think of an acronym but also have it read out like a real word. I came up with "FACTS"

Fake
Ass
Celtics
Trade
Scenarios

What do you think? winner winner? No? ok. I tried.

**** ya - excellent work!

Thank you. Thank you B. I remain humble with this honor. I was very critical of my own work. At first I was thinking of the word "PITCH" And it stood for:

Pathetic
Ideas
That
Couldn't
Happen

But then I was thinking to myself, "Nah, that's too insulting cause some of the ideas have merit"

Not a trade idea (or even an original thought), but I'm all about bringing in Larry Sanders as our new ET-type project next season (assuming his pricetag reflects the flake factor, which is pretty big).

Fits the Lost Boys mold that we've been chasing lately... left for dead, The Brad resurrects another career and adds to his (and the Celts') mystique.

Anybody have insight if Ainge is a big fan of Blake? His stock has never been lower and with Doc at the helm....could be a chance to get a really good player cheap.

I would think they would try to use him to get Love or KD. Especially KD since he's from there. That's a natural trade partner.
and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

Holy cow. There is a ton of uncertainty with so many teams this off-season. Several teams without a head coach. Kings can't even find a GM. Clippers' season looking like it's going to end in disaster. Cavs will probably get schooled in the Finals and the King will want changes............................

Danny Ainge is going to take advantage of the mayhem and capitalize on the uncertainty.

Simmons saying this was probably Griffin's last game in LAC uniform.

Please, Doc, send him our way! We will trade you Melo for him, do it, Doc!

If Griffin is on the block, I'm hoping we get the 3rd pick, so we can trade it to the Knicks + whatever to the Clippers and grab Griffin. He's a spectacular player, when he's healthy, probably a top 3-4 big in the league at his best. Just entering his prime.

Imagine Griffin + Durant and Thomas! :D
Good assessment:

My preferred successor of this thread would be "Universal Off-season Thread" cause it's that time of year when we'd have to make both free agency and trading threads, yet both are inevitably intertwined.

If Kevin Love were offered to Boston for Jae Crowder, Amir Johnson and draft picks, which picks would you add to that deal to make it happen?
Disclaimer: Trades I post shouldn't make you stressed or angry if you disagree. If you say it's unproductive because it won't happen and we're only allowed to post deals that actually happen, it takes away 99% of trades here and the fun out of the board.

The Mavs pick, the Celtics pick, and all of our 2nd rounders except for the 31st pick.
