What about a trade something like

Hayward for Gobert

Utah would need to send out more in salary for sure and I realize theres flack for this idea before i post it...at least on Utah's side.

Why would they trade Bjelica? His contract is great no?

Is it salary crunch for extension guys like Bogdanovic and Fox?

Bjelica barely moves the needle. Hes a statue and would be attacked relentlessly in the playoffs. Im good on him.

Save money, get a cost controlled first round pick. Team is 3rd from last, still, no point in keeping a 31 year old player.

I think they want to see what their team looks like with Conley first. They are playing really well right now but their only hope of having a chance to contend is Conley coming back and returning to a near-All-Star level.
