We all knew the lakers were winning this game. If miami won I would have been shocked. Tbh, I'm shocked they even won 2 games. Congrats to them for their overachieving bubble season.

You can "come back harder" next season but let's be realistic here, this is your shot. The east will be even stronger next year with the nets getting KD and kyrie back healthy and the celtics stars being a year older with more experience.. And let's not forget the bucks and toronto. The chance of the heat getting back to the finals next year are slim IMO. Good team, great coach, but like you said yourself they are overachieving. Getting to the finals is not easy. When you waste an opportunity It matters. Nothing is guaranteed. Also I know butler will be heartbroken. He has made it known he thinks the heat can win a championship THIS YEAR. He will not be proud of any moral victory.

My friend nobody expected the heat to win this year, not even buttler.

I agree. I didn't expect the celtics to win the title this year. Doesn't make losing feel any better..........Also, just looked at the heats board........that doesn't look like a bunch of fans that expected to lose......

Well nobody likes to lose. Bottom line is we are not ready to win it all yet. We will be authentic contenders if we get a superstar this upcoming year or the next. Our guys have done plenty and i am very satisfied with their performance.

Rondo helping the LA Lakers win their 11th title hurts different. In blowout fashion of a game 6 too, like 12 years ago.

Langford will be better than Herro in two years, screencap this.

It’s because they have guys bigger than him. and we don’t have a guy that can block all those Butler and Dragic drives.

Herro is the only one that really declined steeply.

Bam and Dragic are clearly hurt. Robinson still had a couple of really good games for them. Jae is Jae.

However, I will take this Lakers defense over ours any day. Their ball pressure and attention to detail have been amazing, making it easier for AD to clean up inside.

Oops, my bad. I didn't realize that facts interfered with your agenda.

Another fun fact: basically any big looks bad against A. Davis.

Good luck finding an AD in the MLE FA pool or even via trade.

Rondo getting ready to experience a similar game 6 finals blowout again............ Unfortunately instead of blowing the lakers out he is helping them win this time.

And AD isn’t? If he’s playing it means he’s good. Go watch him play, he’s moving fine. He’s just losing the ball and getting out worked!
