Trevion is more of a PF than a Center, though. With a real PF, you could move Brown to Shooting Guard, Tatum to Small Forward, Rob Williams remains at Center, and open up a spot for a real point guard, if they were smart enough to bundle the older players (Smart @$18M, Horford @$10M) for a real starting point guard, who is young and healthy, who can shoot. Trevion Williams will wear a hole in the bench on any team coached by Joe Mazulla. He shot 24% from 3 on very few attempts. And while he makes some nice passes, his assist-to-turnover ratio is about one to one.

As Auerbach always said, if the other guy didn't catch it, it wasn't a good pass.

I loved his passing -- big man passing is one of my favorite parts of the sport -- but it was on defense where I decided almost instantly that I don't believe his is ever going to make an NBA rotation, and maybe not roster.

Actually that works for us. We don't really do defense here anyway. Joe might keep him where Ime didn't.
